Welcome to paradise. It’s always a great day at Sunny Delight! Completely remodeled with all the bells and whistles! Located between Sandestin and Seaside on a large private lot in a gated community on Scenic beach Hwy 30-A with gulf and lake views abound.
Take a short stroll to the beach or enjoy the convenience of the community pool just out your front door. Dine out at local favorites like the Red Bar, Dounuthole, Bud and Ally’s, Café 30-A and more. Santa Rosa Gulf club is located across the street from the neighborhood and the club house is less than one mile away.
Eighteen miles of walking/running/bike trails along 30-A. BBQ on Sunny Delight’s main floor deck or have a romantic evening sipping your favorite beverage on the second floor deck.
Inside you’ll find all the comforts of home. A Gourmet kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, wine rack, and wet bar. Beautiful wood floors throughout the main floor give the home a warm and cozy cottage feel. The family room features a high definition cable TV, DVD, with surround sound stereo. Queen sleeper sofa ,Wireless internet access.
Master bedroom features a king size bed, lavish beach cottage bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, huge walk in closet and balcony with beautiful views, wall mount cable TV with DVD.
Guest room features a queen bed, closet, balcony with gulf and lake views, cable TV and DVD.
3rd Bedroom (loft) has a queen bed and dresser and is located in the tower (3rd level). There are beautiful gulf and lake views from this room. DVD TV only, no cable.
4th Bedroom (kid’s room) is on the main level and has 2 cottage style bunk beds, cable TV, DVD. Remind the kids to bring their video games!
