Luxurious 2,600 square foot direct oceanfront condo on the 27th floor in the brand new Margate Tower in Kingston Plantation. This condo has an incredible ocean view from the 175 square foot private balcony with patio furniture.
The Margate features tropical landscape around a bi-level oceanfront pool, hot tub, and full time front desk attendant.
This brand new luxury condo is beautifully furnished complete with crown molding, marble flooring, wood cabinets, a large great room with deck access, gourmet kitchen with Corian solid counter tops and stainless steel appliances. This condo was ingeniously designed to offer free-flowing living and entertainment areas. Generous 9-foot ceilings throughout add to the open, bright feeling.
This unit features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are oceanfront. The extravagant master suite has a king size bed, and opens onto an oceanfront balcony that captures the gentle ocean breezes. It features an over-sized private master bath with double sink vanity, corner jetted whirlpool bath, divided separate shower, and large walk-in closet.
The second oceanfront bedroom has two queen beds, vanity with lighted makeup mirror and a private large bathroom. The third bedroom has one queen bed, and a large walk in closet. The utility room features full size GE profile washer and dryer with large utility sink and separate door entrance from the exterior. This is a Non-Smoking unit, and no pets are allowed. This unit is Handicap accessible.
Kingston Plantation is a private 145 acre beautifully landscaped resort complete with walking paths, and lakes. It features 14 pools, Starbucks Coffee, a half a mile of secluded beach, several restaurants, and a 24 hour security entrance gate. There is a 50,000 sq ft health and sports club complex complete with tennis courts, racquet ball, and a huge workout facility with all modern equipment. *NEW POLICY CHANGES: There is a substantial savings when you rent direct through the owner. However, due to changes in Kingston Plantation’s management policy, the SPLASH park is no longer included for any unit rented on the plantation from an owner. This applies to all units on the plantation and includes all VRBO rentals and those rented through other agencies other then Kingston.
The plantation is located in the prestigious Arcadian Shores area minutes from all that Myrtle Beach has to offer including Restaurant Row, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, and Hard Rock Theme Park a 140 acre theme park celebrating the spirit of rock and roll.
All linens and cookware are furnished, just bring yourself. There is a Super Wal-Mart, many restaurants, and Tanger Outlet Mall just a few blocks away.

This condo was the pinnacle of condos in an amazing building at an amazing location. I will start by saying that this condo has convinced our family to buy a condo at the Margate Tower(or the North Beach Plantation). The condo was furnished with all you could ask for and the condo had all the accessories that are needed to sustain in for a couple days. The condo is equipped with many luxuries and features GE appliances throughout. There were not many differences about not renting through Hilton; being no Splash! or Gym and no daily cleaning. You save money and you get the perks of an owner in a way. The company that manages this condo were excellent and very helpful. The jetted tub had spit out this black substance out of the jets(probably from lack of use) and CondoLux(the company we rented through) supplied us with the proper cleaning agent. Everything worked and the condo was very clean. The view was splendid from 27 and the elevators never took more than 30 seconds to appear. Our family of five had no problem with sleeping arrangements in the three queens and king bed. The floor and building were quite and secure. Everyone is so friendly and this was the experience that opened our eyes to condominiums. Thank you so much and this was a great experience and this is the best condo in MB.

Upon entering the beautiful grounds of the Kingston Plantation community was breathtaking on its own. Once at the Margate Tower building was another beautiful site. From entering the parking garage with great ease; to bringing our luggage into the lobby couldn't have been easier. Once we arrived on the 27th floor, which took no time at all with the extremely fast elevators, we were greeted with the most gorgeous view. And we weren't even in the room yet! The stunning view was just from the hallway. We opened the door to the condo unit and felt like we were in a palace. Very clean, cool, with all the amenities you needed. I did see pictures of the unit online which attracted me to this unit but the pictures didn't do justice for just how this place is so beautiful. The week was perfect in every aspect. Morning coffee on the balcony, long walks on the grounds paths, to sitting by the pool or beach. Just wonderful. Communications with rental agent/owner very quick, accurate, and helpful. Great outlet mall, Barefoot Landing, and Walmart just a couple minutes away. This is a hidden treasure. I would definitely recommend Margate Towers 2704 to anyone looking for a luxurious place to stay.
