I give this vacation rental my highest recommendation!! We had a wonderful time during our stay at Rica Vida in Fountain Hills, which also was our first visit to Arizona. The home was in immaculate condition and the pool was so refreshing. The location was in a nice quiet neighborhood and just 20 minutes to Scottsdale. We are definitely coming again early next year.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The place is like new, very well equipped & maintained and comfortably furnished. Loved, relaxing by the pool in this desert oasis or walks around the quiet neighborhood. Golfing is close by and it's super easy to get to any location in or around Scottsdale / Phoenix. Look forward to staying here again in a few weeks.

We stayed here for one week and would stay again! Good location, very quiet neighborhood. One of our family had to go to Mayo Clinic for tests three days and this location is only 15 min away. The house is clean and in great shape and the pool was wonderful!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We totally enjoyed this beautiful home in Fountain Hills. We had everything we needed for our stay. It was a fabulous place to entertain and just relax by the pool.
