Spacious, luxurious hot tub on full west deck where you can soak your cares away while you watch the ocean waves roll in to shore. This lovely, modern home is very comfortably furnished and has an interesting decor including a life sized suit of armor, tapestry pillows & area rug with a flair of medieval design. Nice ocean views from nearly every room of this lovely home.
Local Area...
Just across the street from an easy beach access & located in the heart of quiet Arch Cape, this newer modern home will comfortably accommodate eight guests; (possibly 10 for additional $10 per person per night). Great beach combing, secluded stretch of Arch Cape beach and at low tide you can venture to the north around Hug Point State Park w/cave and waterfall or to the south around the capes of the arches and tide pools.
Living Area...
Large living/dining room located on the first floor + 2 bedrooms & full bath. Gas fireplaces & color cable TV w/ DVD and extended cable channels on both levels of this fabulous home. Well equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with 4 barstools & a small kitchen table that can be added to the dining table off the living room so that you can seat up to 8 around the dining tables.
Sleeping areas...
Three large bedrooms include two king size beds and one queen. Master bedroom features a full bath and access to the second story ocean view deck. Family room/ den on the second level has a double futon sofa w/ 'memory foam' mattress to provide comfortable sleeping, Gas Fireplace, TV/DVD & nice ocean view. Beautiful tiffany lamps as well as lovely paintings tastefully decorate each room.

We use Arch Cape Property Services because they do a great job, they are local and they have been managing our rental properties in the area for years. They will take care of all your questions, provide keys, and inspect the home before your arrival. They also ensure that the house is absolutely spotless. A thorough cleaning is performed after every rental and a cleaning inspection is made shortly before your arrival.
