Just across the street from an easy beach access & located in the heart of Arch Cape, this brand new contemporary home will comfortably accommodate eight guests; (possibly 10 for additional $10 per person per night). Local Area... Easy beach access just steps away. Great beach combing, secluded stretch of Arch Cape beach, quiet neighborhood. Living Area... Modern kitchen with large living/dining room located on the first floor and family room on the second floor. Both rooms include a gas fireplace & color cable TV w/ DVD and extended cable channels. Sleeping area... Three large bedrooms include two king size beds and one queen. Master bedroom features a full bath and access to the second story ocean view deck. Family room/ den on the second level has a double futon sofa w/ 'memory foam' mattress to provide comfortable sleeping, Gas Fireplace, TV/DVD & nice ocean view. Beautiful tiffany lamps as well as lovely paintings tastefully decorate each room. Property Amenities... 2 King, 1 Queen & 1 Double Futon w/ 'memory foam' mattress in den upstairs. 2 Ocean view decks Gas grill BBQ, picnic table, Lounge & deck chairs Summer recreation, beach access, Hiking trails Washer & Dryer High Speed wireless internet access! When you make a reservation, we will be referring you to Arch Cape Property Services. We use Arch Cape Property Services because they do a great job, they are local and they have been managing our rental properties in the area for years. They will take care of all your questions, provide keys, and inspect the home before your arrival. They also ensure that the house is absolutely spotless. A thorough cleaning is performed after every rental and a cleaning inspection is made shortly before your arrival.
