We stayed here in the summer of 2011 and were very happy when we first walked into the house. Its an amazing house with a nice yard (for bocce and ladder ball) and amazing views. It was the first vacation in years we we've felt as comfortable as 'home'... I would not hesitate to recommend this rental to anyone whether as it is top-notch in every category.

This was a fabulous week for my family! The house is beautifully designed and decorated. The property is beautifully maintained as well. The glass like stillness of the lake in the morning is breathtaking. The small sandy beach was perfect for my 2 year old grandson. The dock area was great for fishing and the water is very clear. The lake itself is superb for boating, water skiing and swimming. The owner was very helpful and willing to answer questions and make recommendations for activities and restaurants. The golf in the area was inexpensive and much better than I expected. I look forward to a return visit.

Lovely home and location. Great smallmouth bass fishing and fishing from dock for panfish. If you are looking for a place that will guarantee the presence of loons, this is the place for you. Not only frequent sightings but also that fantastic sound they make! Nice small sandy beach for the kids, there were six grandchildren with us. The house was well outfitted with almost everything a vacationing family will need. Plenty of toilet paper, pillows, kitchen needs and bath rooms. The house is very open and well thought out for a lake property, plenty of room to be by yourself, or to join in family activities. The fire pit, fantastic privacy, screened in porches, one acre of well maintained property, quiet location in Buzzels Bay, very light boat and road traffic are a few of the features that were greatly enjoyed. The brand new washer and dryer were a pleasant surprise for the clothes washers in the group. As our eight year old grandson said, " Let's come again soon. One thing you need to get clear is what time you must be out of the property.

After four years of "iffy" rentals and more "iffy" weather, we found sunny skies, restful nights and beautiful accommodationsin your home. The fishing was good and the evening card games... even better! A wonderful vacation. The Hunts of Long Valley, NJ & The Powers of Pequannock, NJ

We stayed in this house for a one week vacation in the summer of 2007 (prior to the renovation of the basement). This house is in a GREAT location: quiet cove where the kids can kayak and canoe, wonderful viewing of loons, yet easy/quick access to open water for water sports. The house is very charming, nicely appointed, and very comfortable. The wood planking in the house provides for an adirondack flavor (but minimal sound insulation between rooms). The lawn is spacious enough for playing, and the deck that overlooks the water provides incredible views, including wonderful sunsets. All of this combined with a nice beach and owner-provided kayak and canoe made for a terrific week for our extended family.
