End Unit With Wrap-Around Deck - Lake Tahoe Vacation Condo in Incline Village Wonderful condo in Incline--total remodel with many upgrades, like new! 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, wrap-around deck, hardwood floors, very light and bright. Granite counters, stainless appliances, dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen for cooking. New carpet throughout, Master with queen bed, private bath. Double bed in room #2, and room #3 is a bunk bed room, two twins. Shared bath in hall. Easy access to shops, grocery store, ski resorts, beaches, rec center, great restaurants. $175/night May; $250/night June-Sept or $1050/week low and $1595/week high season June-Sept plus $125 cleaning fee. $250 deposit for weekly rental, non-refundable and applied to balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Additional pet fee added to approved pet $25/night or $100/week non refundable, dog only <90 lbs and well behaved. All rentals regardless of length require full payment in advance. Call for reservations less than 2 weeks out. Application for rental will be sent via email and preferred payment is through Paypal with credit card or debit card.
