North Tahoe prime spot in quiet neighborhood complex. Away from the road noise and crowds but close to all Tahoe offers. 1/2 mile to Diamond Peak Resort, short drive to Mt Rose, Heavenly. Walk down to the Hyatt Casino, Spa and restaurants.
The Layout Inside:
Wonderful condo in Incline--total remodel with many upgrades, like new! 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, wrap-around deck, maple hardwood floors, very light and bright. Granite counters, stainless appliances, dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Washer/Dryer. Master with California King bed, private bath. Queen bed in room #2, room #3 is a bunk bed room (two twin size). Plama TV, Wi-Fi and plug in for internet.

3 nights $625, includes clean fee.
$250 deposit for weekly rental, balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Additional pet clean fee $25 ($150 total), dog only <90 lbs and well behaved. All rentals regardless of length require full payment in advance. Call for reservations less than 2 weeks out.

Why the Owner Chose Mountain Shadows
Incline is a special town in Tahoe, just enough to do but not the hussle of south shore or north shore. Close driving distance to the airport in Reno.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I enjoy how quiet the condo is, no street noise. The trees we see from the wrap around deck tower above you and fresh air abounds. Close to skiing and hiking right up the hill to Diamond Peak resort, a locals place and great for kids or grandkids. We enjoy the homeowners only beaches in Incline which are tranquil and private.
Mountain course is a par 3, very fun for all. It is tough, don't let the par 3 part fool you!
Bar and Restaurant--lakefront, great for drinks or $$$dinner, fire pits. A favorite spot

I am a boomer who worked years in Insurance and Real Estate in Northern Virginia. My only daughter moved to Tahoe/Reno and I purchased this condo from an older couple who could no longer make the trips to Tahoe. The condo was completely remodeled, top to bottom as it had been in an orginal 1970's condition. We are proud of the results and proud to offer a great place to escape the busy lives we all lead.

Perfect little ski condo

This was the perfect place for our week long stay, even though there was no snow. The condo was clean with updated appliances. The only downer was the lack of view but within a brief walk you could access the beach area. It is very close to Diamond Peak, a good family friendly mountain. The big mountains are within easy reach. It truly was a great time and I would recommend this place to everyone.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

This property was perfect for our family (of 6) vacation to Tahoe. We spent four relaxing days in Incline using the condo as our home base. It was perfect for relaxing after hitting the slopes or exploring the mountain villages. One note, if you have a small child (say under 3) you will want to bring a child gate for the staircase as the bedrooms are downstairs and the kitchen/living-room upstairs. We barricaded the stairs because we did not have a gate with us. It worked out and we were able to enjoy the spacious upstairs area without worry. Property is nice, clean, and cozy. We would stay again if we decided to visit Incline Village.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Our family flew in from Austin, TX for a Holiday break. My husband had lived in mountain shadows during a summer internship at the Hyatt while in collage so I had a bit of trepidation, but was pleasantly surprised....it is open and homey, light and bright. Our family of 3 really enjoyed our week vacation. We would recommend this rental to anyone for a family get away or ski weekend/week.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.
