Blue Mountain Villas 4A is on the second and third floors of a small three-story building located in beautiful Blue Mountain Beach on the Florida Panhandle. Blue Mountain Villas is located near Bella Vita and Adagio and the famous Seaside community. Blue Mountain Beach offers a beautiful quiet and family-friendly beach with powder white sand and emerald green waters.
Sitting directly Gulf-Front with unobstructed views of the emerald-green waters, Blue Mountain Villas will become the place you want to return to time and time again. Newly renovated and tastefully decorated, this spacious unit is perfect for one or two families to share.
Accommodations include a large, Gulf-Front living room with 6-foot sliding glass doors providing a beautiful view of the ocean, and adjoining dining and kitchen areas. The master suite is furnished with king-size bed and adjoining bath with jetted tub and shower. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and bunk beds with a private guest bathroom with a shower/tub. Plus, there is room for additional guests on the convertible queen-size sleeper sofa in living room. There are three TVs in the unit with Cable and complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access. The spacious walk-out balconies beyond the living room and master bedroom will be the spot for your morning coffee or a breathtaking sunset view.
During the past two years the following renovations were made: new tile floor in the living areas on the main level; new carpet in the master bedroom; new furniture and bedding in master bedroom; and, new furniture in the living and dining rooms.
Blue Mountain Villas is located on quiet Blue Mountain Road off of County Highway 30-A. Ideal location for kids who want to play and ride bikes away from 30-A.

Great Location But Filthy and Poorly Maintained
The positives are the location and the floor plan. We love Blue Mountain Beach and you can't get any closer to the beach. The townhouse format allows for more privacy than a 1 level condo and that is nice too. The negatives: The placed was filthy. The tile flooring obviously had only been vacuumed and had not seen a mop for quite some time. The appliances were greasy to the touch and again had obviously not been wiped down or cleaned for some time. The kitchen had many tiles that were broken and cracked. The carpet in the master bathroom was again terribly dirty and desperately needed to be shampooed. We walked around with flip flops at all times as we did not want our feet to touch the bare floor. The master bathroom tub had mold in several areas. Essentially this unit needed a very thorough scrubbing and really needs to be painted and have some maintenance. My guess is the owners have not stayed here in a very long time. The management company really needs to hire a good and professional cleaning crew. We ran into the "cleaning crew" and professional is far from what we saw. The crew consisted of some very young people, all of whom were smoking cigarettes and even flicked their cigarettes on the ground immediately outside the front door of the unit as they walked into "clean". This was not a professional cleaning crew by any stretch of the imagination and I am being kind here. The unit also had numerous burnt out light bulbs- obviously no one is checking the lights as which I would think the cleaning crew would do. Lastly, our 1st night in the unit I saw the largest cock roach I have ever seen in my life- I am talking the size of a mouse- run across the kitchen counter. Cleaning, painting, etc. and this place could be great if someone cared.

My family and I have enjoyed owning this Gulf-front property for the past few years. We take guest feedback very seriously and have already hired a new cleaning and inspection crew.
