Peregrine House - Occidental Vacation Rental Come and enjoy a perfect vacation on 10 acres of secluded beauty. Walk among the redwoods, rest beside the swimming pool, soak in the hot tub, or sit on the deck and view the meandering creek. With two dwellings to choose from, this will be an unforgettable escape. You can choose to stay in the house, which is the ultimate in comfort and warmth. With two bedrooms, a pull out bed in the media room, and two bathrooms, you will have enough room to sleep 6. There is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, living room with gas stove where you can watch the fire, and a comfortable media room. Pick from a DVD/VCR collection and watch the flat screen TV, or choose from a large CD collection and listen to your favorite music. Wireless, high speed internet is also available. The master bedroom is warmed by it’s own wood burning stove and offers a comfortable and quiet reading area. Behind the house you will find a private landscaped back yard with a gas BBQ and hot tub. The cabin is romantic, quaint and extremely cozy. It has a truly rustic feel with enough of a modern touch to make you very comfortable. There is a newly remodeled kitchen, a charming loft which sleeps two, and a living room with a wood burning stove and a large round picture window perfect for viewing the redwoods. The bathroom has a claw foot tub with a view onto a beautiful meadow. Come to this wonderful place for small weddings or that special ceremony. We are located 3 miles west of Occidental on Coleman Valley Road. You can continue on down Coleman Valley Rd about 9 miles to Bodega Bay. This is also a perfect location to visit the Russian River Valley wineries. The famous Japanese enzyme baths at the Osmosis Spa is only minutes away. Golf at several nearby courses, hike the countryside, go horseback riding, kayaking or canoing. Pets are welcome with a $300 refundable deposit. A horse corral is also available – inquire for pricing.

$125 cleaning fee for house, $100 for cabin.
$100 refundable security deposit ($200 if renting both house and cabin)
Pets are welcome with a $300 refundable deposit plus $25/night/dog. Max 2 dogs.
