Rental Deposit : 50% at time of reservation. Balance due 14 days prior to arrival.
Refund Policy:  Complete refund if cancellation is made 30 days prior to arrival.
50% refund of rental if cancelled 15 days to 29 days prior to arrival.
NO REFUND OF RENTAL DEPOSIT IF CANCELLED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ARRIVAL.
Damage deposit-$250.00 at time of reservation and refunded after departure.
