Our home is located in Central Villages close to 4 major golf courses, entertainment and recreational activities. We have provided the following for your pleasures: golf cart for your convenience (but a waiver must be signed first)The golf cart has a breakdown recovery contract, so no worries about being stranded, a grill for barbecue enjoyment, a DVD player/recorder, extended digital cable TV and High Speed Internet.
Master bedroom suite with large walk-in closet and queen size bed with TV. The second bedroom has queen size bed and a large closet and cable tv.with bath next door.
An open floor plan makes this home great for entertaining and relaxing. The large eat-in kitchen comes fully equipped with the large pantry and laundry room adjacent to the kitchen. The house is in the Village of Alhambra, just a 15-20 minute golf cart ride to both town squares and shopping centers with 3 Publix grocery stores and numerous restaurants and shops. The new Walmart with its expanded grocery store is a 5 minute car ride (or 15 minute golf cart ride) away, and the Library is nearby, with the Laurel Manor Recreation Center a 15 minute ride by golf cart, along with shops and many restaurants/fast food establishments. Nearby championship courses and over 25 Executive Golf courses will keep you playing every day if you choose. Two golf trolleys are included if you wish to walk the courses and SAVE $105 trail fee. The many nearby recreation centers offer over 500 activities per month to keep everyone busy, entertained, and having fun.
The home is located 2 minutes (car ride) of the Savannah Centre, having live entertainment. There are numerous pools to choose from, the nearest being 5 minutes in the golf cart.

We rented this house for a month in the summer of 2010. We were very pleased with all aspects of the rental. The owners were friendly and easy to deal with, the "check-in" process when we arrived was quick and painless and the house, golf cart, and furnishings couldn't be beat. If you have looked at other villas to rent, you already know that the price is great. We used the golf cart to play every Executive Course (all 28 or so) during the month - the cart was great, got fantastic gas mileage, would go as fast as the law allows, and had curtains we used when it rained. The photos show the house exactly as it was, it was clean, well maintained, and very conveniently located on a nice quiet street that was nice for walking in the mornings and evenings. In fact, my wife had to get back home earlier than me, so I spent the last 2 weeks without a car - just using the golf cart to get around with no problems - groceries, gas stations, restaurants, - all available via golf cart... The house had high-speed Internet with a convenient connection in the den which we used with our laptop to make reservations for golf. It appears they have added Wi-Fi since we were there, which would be even more convenient. All in all, we were very pleased and would recommend it highly.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car.
