Why the Owner Chose Crystal Beach
I bought the lot out here before the boom times. I could not find the perfect house (too close or too far away), so the lot offered the best opportunity for location and designing a house to meet our ideas! The stars are incredible, that this is only 2 hours from Houston and far away from it all is the biggest appeal. It is not too commercialized and is not catering to the rich and famous and for these reasons, I bought it.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Escape from the hustle bustle. Premium accomodations! Even though it was built in 2007, it was totally redone in 2008 - 2009 due to Ike's wrath. Close walk to the beach, wondeful views from the deck, amazing sunrises.

My husband and I are raising a terrific 6 year old son. We live in Houston and a lot of family are here. We all love going to Crystal Beach. When the house is rented and we are not using it; we enjoy going to baseball games, shopping, and planning some getaway vacation for the year. The family stayed here while connected with the Shell Station. This is a great place to spend the holidays! The house is perfect for our 6 people and we can't wait to come back for the summer when we can go to the beach! We've already put down our deposit!! The place was very clean, with a nice new Sony TV in the living room, and very nice wall mounted flat screen in the master bedroom with Directtv on both TV's. Full quality home entertainment system complete with DVD player. Well stocked kitchen. The only complaint I have is the cutlery for the kitchen, could use an "upgrade," otherwise the kitchen is great. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable, much better than my bed at home. Luna Bella is highly recommended!! Can't wait to be back in July!!

What a Treasure for our family! We lost our cabin during IKE and had spent over 50 years making memories in it. This is our first "Bash" (family get together) since Ike and what a blessing your "Luna Bella and Shell Station" have been! Second year in the Luna Bella and we love it. The house is GREAT. I love the neon light. The porch is AWESOME!! The is the "17th" year from my friends and I to come to Crystal Beach. It's just the girls...NO dogs, NO kids and NO husbands. We eat, drink, play dominos, walk the beach, lay out, watch movies and laugh, laugh....laugh... Luna Bella ROCKS! Ya Ya Camp Rules!
