Beautiful new 2 bedroom plus den condo, just built in 2007. From the 40" Flat Panel TV in the living room to the linens on the beds, this condo is very nicely furnished, as it is our vacation home also. It has most everything you could think of from beach chairs and umbrellas to local restaurant menus and maps and information to all of the local attractions.
There is plenty of room to sleep with a King size bed, 2 twin size beds, 2 queen size sofa sleepers, and several twin and queen size inflatable air mattresses, if needed. The dining area has plenty of room also, with seating for 9.
The location is ideal, just a couple miles from the center of downtown Fort Myers, off US41 in a quiet neighborhood and only 20 minutes from the Fort Myers International Airport (RSW). Minutes away from all of the great SW Florida beaches like Barefoot Beach, Lovers Key, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and The Cape Coral Beach and Yacht Club.
We are very easy to work with and will accommodate most requests. We are available by phone and email before, during, and after your stay. We know the area very well and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
Also, the price we list is the total price you pay! We do NOT add "linen fees" or "cleaning fees" etc.. EVERYTHING'S INCLUDED!
