Welcome to our 3 story, 1700 sq ft Condo with 2 Car Garage that is fully furnished with new contemporary cozy furniture that will make you feel right at home.

The Living Room is furnished with a 42 inch flat panel HDTV and surround sound stereo with CD, DVD and IPod connections, Cable TV package and a Cozy Gas Fireplace. ***Wireless Internet available throughout the unit.***

The Dining Room has a spacious table with 6 chairs for entertaining and the fully loaded gourmet kitchen offers the variety to cook any meal you desire. With all stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, plenty of cabinet space and a very open kitchen stocked with all the amenities from pots/pans, dishes, to spices.

Both master and the second Bedroom have flat panel TV's!! The Master Suite has a huge King Size Bed, 2 night stands and dresser. The Bath has an over sized Roman Tub as well as a seperate shower. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a Queen Size bed, 2 night stands and dresser with it's own bathroom right around the corner. Both rooms are furnished with pillow top mattresses, clean linens and large walk in closets. Also a full size washer and dryer on this floor, iron and ironing board, detergent and softener too.

The den downstairs is perfect for extra visitors with a full size Futon/bed, 2 drawer dresser & TV w/ DVD & VCR and a Nintendo for the kids or the kid at heart, with 1/2 bath right around the corner.

Our home is Professionally cleaned prior to arrival, and if you desire cleaning during your stay it is available for an additional cleaning fee.

Lets not forget our beautiful pool and hot tub right outside your door. With chairs, lounges and cabana beds. Right next to the pool is a club house that has a state of the art fitness center for all your work out needs. Also a gourmet kitchen and 4 flat panel TV wall for all your entertaining needs. The clubhouse is available to reserve, but there is a non-refundable security deposit and reservations are on a first come first serve basis. Please let us know if you would like to reserve it.

  • This was an absolutly great place to stay. A fully complete "home away from home". Along with one/two roommates, our stay lasted nearly five months as we were on a work related assignment in the area and we never once thought of looking for a different place to stay. The Condo was perfectly comfortable, extremely clean, spacious, and in an awesome location. The amenities were incredible. The condo was fully stocked with everything you could want and need. The two car garage was a wonderful bonus. The pool was great and we spent a lot of time in the sun and using the grill there with friends. Sheri and Terry were wonderful hosts and fully accomodating. They are easy to talk to, friendly, and incredibly helpful with anything you could ask for. They even went out of there way to help me out with car trouble I was having during my stay and made the need for repairs virtually painless. They go out of there way to make your stay, and the Condo itself, a great one. The big screen HDTV and attached DVR are wonderful extras and really came in handy. Additionally, the beds are really comfortable and extremely restful. I really enjoyed my stay and thought of it as a second home during the entire summer. If you need a place to stay in this area, do not pass up this location, you will love it and certainly won't be sorry you chose it.

  • This is a wonderful condo to stay at. There are restaurants, shops, sporting events and even a movie theater within walking distance. The condo has all the comforts of home - even beach towels for the pool. Sheri's instructions and directions were detailed making everything very easy. The kids loved the pool and we loved the fact the pool was never crowded. Our family had a wonderful vacation here!

  • Thanks so much for the beautiful condo to stay in, it was 100x better than a hotel. The place was immaculate, everything you could possibly need was there which was awesome (you've thought of everything). We really enjoyed the 2 minute walk to the stadium and hockey arena and no hassle with the traffic. We all enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub. And westgate was so convienient for restraunts and movies, everything is only a 2 minute walk away. And all the other shopping is only a few minutes away on the 101.. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone who asks.. you made everything super easy .... thanks again for the great holiday!!

  • We enjoyed the condo very much and appreciated the close proximity to great restaurants, bars, and shops. Freeway access was very good as well. The warm weather and sun was just what we needed to start recovering from a long, wet, grey Oregon winter. The accomodations were very adequate and suited our needs very well.

The owners go out of their way to make it relaxing and comfortable from having every provision you could need to having a book full of recommendations on what to do.   • We recently stayed here and this place was awesome. Everything was in great shape. The condo was well equipped and had a nice touch of home. They even had ziplocs, detergent, and spices available. The kids loved their rooms with the TV's. Our daughter even left a special little note thanking Sheri and Terry for letting her use their room! It was very sweet. In additon to the condo, the facilities were great. We used the pool and hot tub every night. We even BBQed at the pool one night. The work out room was top notch and the club house was beautiful. The location can't be beat. It's off 101 and we were able to bypass some of the traffic on I17. The condo is a stones throw from a cool outdoor shopping area with restaurants and a movie theater.

  • We had such a great stay at the condo! Our first impression was "wow"!! It was so spacious and had everything we could have ever needed for our (too short) stay. The location is amazing, especially if you're planning on taking in some hockey or football. We walked to dinner and a Coyotes game. There are a tonne of great restaurants within walking distance. Grocery shopping is also not too far away (5 -10 min. drive) It's fairly easy to get to the interstate and get around to other areas of Phoenix. We only had time for one pool day, but were really impressed with how beautiful it was. All the pictures really don't do this place justice! We look forward to staying again sometime!

  • This place is great!! It is everything that the description says and more. It is absolutely beautiful and definately has all the amenities you need. The beds were very comfortable!! My family and I were very excited once we got there. Sometimes you don't know what to expect. But you will not be disappointed here. The walk to Westgate is literally across the street and the kids loved it there lots of shop & restaurants. The pool and workout room at this property was great and the short 5-10 min drive to Spring Training was a plus. Anywhere you want to go took less than 30 mins to get there, my husband loved the golf and shopping is everywhere. We would definately recommend this place to friends and family and will be back ourselves. Thank you for such a nice place to stay and for the cute little camera. We enjoyed ourselves!!!!
