Each villa is a split-level hacienda style home that can comfortably accommodate up to 10 residents. The homes are elegantly appointed with an inviting courtyard with fountain, a full kitchen, a separate dining room, a living room that includes a fireplace and vaulted ceiling with wooden beams, a comfortable family room, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, an entertainment center, a laundry room, several flat screen TVs, a computer with high-speed internet access, and 2 jacuzzis, one of which is in the master bathroom.
In addition to the large jacuzzi, the terrace includes a dining area, a private infinity pool, a gas grill, and plenty of space to relax, soak up the sun, and be mesmerized by the stunning views of the pacific ocean.
Each estate includes concierge service, full maid service, and the services of a private chef is also available if desired.
The residents of Montecristo Estates also have full access to the Sunset Beach and Pacifica resorts. The resorts offer spas and fitness centers, tennis courts, children’s activities, both fine and casual dining, bars, a convenience store, boutique, deli, chapel, and several pools with swim up bars.
Complementary transportation is provided between the villa and the resorts, and if you want to take in the Cabo night life, a complementary shuttle is available.

The pictures don't do the property justice. We had the General Manager of one of the most exclusive resorts in Cabo over for cocktails one evening. It was the first time he had been in a Montecristo and he had to admit that we had one of the best views in Cabo. In addition to that, the villa and development is fabulous. The home is spacious and comfortable, the concierge is attentive, and the local resorts are convenient. This is the perfect destination for a large family, 2 or 3 small families, or a group of friends who want the privacy, comfort, and convenience a beautiful home in a gated community.
