Spacious 2nd floor, 2 bedroom apartment overlooks award winning bird and butterfly garden and small pond. The cottage is 4 blocks from the beach and just steps from Lake Lily and Pavilion Circle Park. This property is located one-half mile from the Cape May Point Lighthouse and State Park, less than a mile from Sunset Beach, 2 miles from historic Cape May and 45 miles from the Atlantic City casinos.
Inside, there is a large dining area, living room, full bath and equipped kitchen. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other two, twin beds. Guests need to bring their own bed, bath and kitchen linens. Blankets and pillows are provided.
Outside, the partially shaded deck has a dining table and chairs, lounge chairs, gas grill and a spectacular view. There is a large outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
Four beach tags, beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards are included for use during your stay and there is plenty of room for parking your bikes, kayaks, fishing gear, etc.
