  My husband, cousin and I had a wonderful stay at Kathleen's condo. It was so nice to have 2 bathrooms with the two bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed to make us comfortable. We ate all our meals on her veranda which looked out to a green area. The pool area was well maintained and so large. We enjoyed our time sunning and swimming. Having AJ's market just a short stroll away was a real a real plus. We would definitely rent Kathleen's condo again.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

  We stayed for 6 days/nights in this very cosy condo. The condo was beautiful decorated and quite large. There were only 2 of us, but 2 couples could have been easily accommodated. The kitchen was well stocked and it was nice to have the option to eat at a dining room, on bar stools or out on the deck. The master bedroom was lovely - the bed was extremely comfortable and the ensuite had lots of room and a nice big shower. We took advantage of the shared amenities and used the sauna and sat by the pool, which is nice. The condo is close (walking distance) to amenities such as restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc.) and in a great area for walking (walking trails). The only negative was the couple who lived upstairs were a bit noisy - vacuuming in the evenings and the walls are a bit thin. They were only there on the weekend, so it was tolerable. This would not prevent us from staying here as we loved this accommodation.

  We have just returned from Scottsdale where we rented this condo unit at the Signature Scottsdale for 8 nights. The unit is clean, quiet and centrally located to everywhere you may want to go in Scottsdale. McDowell Mountain Golf Course is a 5 min. drive, you are 3 min. walking to a little strip mall with AJ Foods, Which Wich, Starbuck's,Walgreen's and various other restaurants. Across the street from this complex is a Safeway and more restaurants. The unit is steps away from the heated pool and club house which is great. The grounds are neat and clean and even though there are pets in some of the units the owners are responsible and clean up after them. I would highly recommend this unit for your next trip to Scottsdale. Kathleen is easy to work with and provides you with all you need and more for an enjoyable stay.

  We were extremely satisfied with our stay at this vacation condo. We were surprised by how quiet the complex was. Except for the landscape crew waking us up at 7:30 am one morning, which we were rather shocked with, this was overall such a quiet complex. The residents were very friendly and talkative. The pool area was rarely used and at any time there were only a handful of people there.....even when the temperature outside was around 35 celsuis! The whole complex was very clean and well maintained. The complex is within close walking distance to a multitude of various businesses and we fell in love with AJ's Fine Foods which is 5 mins from the unit's door. We were a very close drive to lots of shopping and the city was very easy to get around in. We were within 20 mins of anywhere we wanted to go for most of the week.The listing was accurate regarding location and amenities. This unit would be great for adults or adults with children as it was very roomy. We had coffee out on the patio every morning as it was very peaceful. We would book this rental again for sure. The unit itself was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. There were even nail polish choices in the bathrooms! We appreciated the map books and the free wifi. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were fresh. The large walk in closets and large bureaus were great. I would recommend this rental condo to everyone. The owner provided good customer service as was accommodating with our check out time due to our flight time. We met Katherine at check out and she was a pleasure to speak with. The food at Four Peaks Pub was amazing and the service from Annie was the best we had in Scottsdale and anywhere else we dined. It was within walking distance to the condo. I would definitely recommend this pub as well as the Yard House Pub. The food and service was great at both. The Desert Botanical Gardens were well worth the visit and we learned about the areas ecology and biodiversity. The butterfly exhibit was amazing with over 350 monarch butterflies in the enclosure we were walking around in. The weather was fantastic and the shopping plentiful. We enjoyed our day at Old Scottsdale and getting around was a breeze. Parking at the NFL game was easy and only $10 for the game. Great value for all we got!

  This condo is superb, let me tell you why. Location-wise you are a 2 minute walk (if that) to a wonderful little mall that boasts a vast array of good and services be it groceries, restaurants or what have you. A few short minutes in your car and you are virtually anywhere you wish to be. If you are venturing further, your freeway access is so close and it is idiot proof too :) Tip du jour: Horizon Park, a 5 minute walk north of the condo is a wonderful area to sit, read, relax, shoot hoops, or take in a community ball game or what have you. It's another bonus in a long list of reasons this condo was such a fantastic place to stay. The condo itself is wonderful. It is beyond clean, it is very comfortable and it is just a wonderful place to relax day or night, It is in a very safe neighborhood, incredibly quiet as well. All the furnishings are fantastic and the owner also has every little thing you'd ever want or need inside the condo. The walk from the condo to the wonderful spacious pool is 20-30 seconds, perfect. There's another pool a few minutes walk from the condo as well. The amenities throughout the complex are very nice too. Precious few people were ever in the spacious pool or in the nice gym or sauna and all of these areas were always clean and welcoming. Communication with the owner was impeccable in every way; the gold standard. Friendly, and beyond professional. There are many excellent reasons to visit the Scottsdale area and many accommodation options to choose from; my suggestion is to book this condo right away before somebody else does. You will not find a more wonderful place, a better value or an easier person to deal with than the owner of this superb condo in Scottsdale.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Very nice, like staying at a friends home. Kathleen had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen was nicely furnished with all the necessary cooking equipment and assorted cooking spices . The Condo was exceptionally clean. Kathleen had supplied everything we needed for our stay, all we needed to bring was our clothes. Grocery stores and restaurants were nearby and freeway access was close. I would definately recommend this to a friend or relative.

  Just spent a week in Scottsdale and really enjoyed staying here. Very clean, nicely decorated in a great location. A few steps to pool, sauna, fitness room; short walk to Starbucks. Kathleen (the owner) made the rental process extremely easy and we appreciated her thoughtful touches in the condo. Definitely recommend!

  We spent a fabulous week in Scottsdale in Kathleen's condo the end of May. What a treat to get away from Calgary's rainy and cold weather! It was wonderful and we would definitely stay there again. It was nice to be able to walk to the local center for groceries and if you haven't tried "Yogurtology" - you really should. The condo was really comfortable, very clean and the complex was very quiet. We can't wait to go back!!
