The spacious 30th Street beach provides a lifeguard during the summer season. For early beach walks, head south to 34th Street for coffee, breakfast, or full shopping needs. There are markets for any grocery or convenience items, produce stands, bike rentals, and an outstanding playground for all ages. Choose north to the Boardwalk at 23rd Street for exercise or leisure morning activities. There is also trolley service to and from the Boardwalk every half hour after 5 PM.
This property is an oasis in the middle of summer paced activities, minutes walk from major attractions yet quiet and peaceful to just unwind in a private enclave. Park the car and leave it for the duration of your visit or choose to venture out in all directions from a convenient central location.

This condo is in a great location, away from the hustle & bustle. And it is beachfront! I loved being able to be on the beach in less than 5 steps. The unit was very clean & all the rooms were a nice size. I loved the oceanfront deck because it gave me another option to lay in the sun & also to eat dinners outdoors or have a glass of wine at night! It is in a quiet complex - I didn't see another person here all week. I will DEFINiTELY stay here again. Thanks for sharing your oasis with me:)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.
