Accommodations: House - 3 Bedrooms - 2.5 Baths - (Sleeps 6-9)

Family Room - Travel to Zephyr Cove in Nevada Our home is located in a private Zephyr Cove neighborhood, called Skyland. Home to the Harrahs and many other Tahoe "Elite". The house is located one block from the Lake and the private homeowner's beach. It is 5-10 minutes from the gondola at Heavenly Village, the casinos at Stateline and lots of great restaurants and shopping! In the Winter, the house is close to skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, outdoor ice skating rink and movie theater. In the Summer, mountain biking, water sports, hiking, shopping and many other things to do, if desired. If you just want a relaxing vacation and don't want to do any of the multipe activities that Tahoe has to offer, there are many things to do just in Skyland, our neighborhood. Things to do while visiting our house: *wonderful hills for hiking and exploring *beautiful private beach with calm cove for the little ones * cook in the wonderful, spacious kitchen * watch one of the many movies provided * play one of the multiple board or game system games, * read a book from the extensive library. (Kid's books, too!) * sit in the hot tub under the stars! It is a beautiful 3 bedroom home: #1- Master with plush top mattress. Plenty of room for crib or air mattress. #2- Queen with plush top mattress and room for pack'n'play #3- Twin over Double bunk and single bed with room for air mattress. (we call this the kid's room) The house sleeps 8 comfortably. We will make allowances for small children. Just ask. It is 2400 sq. ft. and is perfect for two families, with lots of privacy. There are doors that shut off one side of the house from the other. Fully stocked kitchen and linens. Very KID FRIENDLY with pack'n'play and high chair, even a basket of toys. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS, PLEASE. $400 Refundable Security Deposit required to reserve dates. Reservation secure upon receipt of deposit. $125.00 Non-refundable cleaning fee paid in full with rental payment. 10% Douglas County Room Tax Cancellations: If we are notified 60 days before rental date a full refund of the rental amount will be refunded. Less than 60 days, no refund will be made until the house is re-rented for an equal amount of time. There are no refunds due to weather or road closures. Trip insurance is available. 2 night minimum******Last Minute Rates Available*******
