Our complex is approximately 110 yards from chair 7. Our home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (it’s HUGE with approx 1,250 sq/ft and sleeps 6 very comfortably) - this condo is GREAT for 2 couples or a family of 6 (6 people max allowed)
You can ski back to the complex for lunch or a break. No parking hassles either if you're driving since there is underground parking.
Our two bedroom, two bath, two story condo has two separate living areas. The downstairs living room has a sofa with a pull out queen sleeper and a beautiful fireplace. A Sony big screen TV is accompanied by a DVD and VCR player. The master bedroom is downstairs and has a king size bed and 20 inch TV.
The upstairs living area has a sofa with a queen sleeper, a king bed, and two sets of bunk beds. A TV,DVD, VCR, Nintendo 64, and stereo round out the entertainment. A well stocked video library is
an extra treat our guests enjoy. There is a full bathroom upstairs and downstairs.
The kitchen is completely stocked with pots, pans, plates, silverware, coffee maker, microwave oven, crock pot and more. We’ve added many spices, oils, coffee, and extras for our guests.
The condo complex amenities include:

- Only 1 mile from the Village (a pedestrian Village with heated

You can walk to Canyon Lodge and take a FREE R/T gondola ride down to the Village. The Village gondola is at Canyon Lodge and only 200 yards away. Canyon Lodge is a full service Lodge with lift tickets, lessons, ski and snowboarding school, shops, bars and restaurants. There are 4 lifts and 2 rope tows in the Canyon Lodge area.
In winter, there is a restaurant and bar right across the street from our condo. A very good place for “Happy Hour”.

Over 50 beautiful pristine mountain lakes within 5 miles of Mammoth.
101 foot Rainbow Falls & Devils Postpile - an AWESOME hike!
3 more waterfalls, Hot Springs, Earthquake Fault, Mono lake, Bodie

golfing (2 golf courses including the highest elevation golf course in the state of California), Shopping, lots of restaurants, bars. |
