This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom/2 bath villa is located on Night Heron Park, a great location for families. The 24 acre park hosts many activities for children, teens, and adults. It includes a playground, nature center, picnic area, and many social events for the entire family.
The back of our villa steps right on to the park with plenty of space for children to run and play. It is also in close proximity to the beach (7 minute walk), tennis, the Sanctuary, and East Beach Town Center. Our guests will enjoy a completely stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, new hardwood flooring, and tasteful decorating throughout as well as a covered deck and screened-in porch outfitted for casual dining. Also included is high speed internet access with WiFi.
Kiawah is an awesome vacation destination with 10 miles of pristine beach and 30 miles of paved bike paths that wander through breathtaking natural island landscape. Your vacation on the island will be unforgettable!

Comment from Guestbook in Villa: This is the life! Sitting on the deck drinking coffee each morning. Watching the woodpeckers and lizards. Very peaceful and quiet as a few joggers pass by. This was our first of many trips to Kiawah. It was far nicer than expected. The landscaping is beautiful all over the island. Our three boys loved the beach, park, and bike trails. One evening while riding our bikes, my youngest son and I stopped to look at an alligator - after getting back on the bikes, we then saw a deer standing by the path! A high point. Thanks for providing such a nice home for us. We've already discussed coming back!
