This is a spacious one bedroom, one bath mobile home cottage and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is set in a tropical landscape (palm trees, royal poinciana, hibiscus, etc.) and you can enjoy the covered front porch, the covered back porch, or the backyard: each offering seating areas and tables amidst tropical splendor. A barbecue is set up in the backyard. Air-conditioned inside for your comfort, or cool off at the near-by pool. Features include dining table, wireless access, queen size bed in private bedroom, and queen size sofa beds, two cable TV sets, and much more.
On Kemp Channel, you can access the Looe Key Reef in minutes. Guarded parking for your boat & trailer and off-street parking for your vehicle.
Located in a gated, safe, Five Star Community; you can enjoy all the amenities: deep boat ramps, marina, snorkeling or scuba in tropical coral seas, fish cleaning station, store, pool, hot tub, tennis, children's playground, activity center with ping pong, pool table, and a multitude of games. The Community charges a $50 registration fee, payable upon check-in. This allows you unlimited use of all facilities.
No pets; smoking on patios only.
A scenic 19 mile drive takes you to historic, exotic Key West, the southernmost point in the continental USA, and a major center for deep sea fishing, art, theater, Audubon and marine wildlife conservation activities, etc.
In addition to your rent amount, the following expenses need to be considered:
12.5% sales taxes will be added.
$100 refundable security deposit is required.
$75 cleaning fee.
Cancellation made at least 45 days in advance will be refunded, minus a $50 processing fee; thereafter, we will refund any portion that is re-rented, minus a $50 processing fee. Personal checks are accepted two weeks or more in advance. We accept VISA and Mastercard.

I have lived on Cudjoe Key for 25 years. It's a great island. Only 30 minutes from Key West, but away from the noises of town. This is a very quiet island as it is mostly residential.
Why the Owner Chose Cudjoe Key
I chose to buy this unit because it is in Venture Out, a gated community with great amenities. The staff keeps it nice and peaceful for everyone. The neighbors are friendly. Also, this unit had the largest backyard.
The Unique Benefits of this Cottage
Compared to other units, this one is larger. It is larger than the 2 bedroom units I've visited.
We have completely redone the bathroom, no more "trailer size". The kitchen has been revamped, and most of the flooring replaced.
This unit is close to the tennis courts and the community hall. It is also on the quieter side of the resort.
