This condo is exactly as advertised, and more. We (2 couples) stayed there for a week in Feb., 2012. It is definitely the closest property to the River Run lifts, about a one block walk along a groomed walkway. The condo, itself, is very comfortable. The owner's recent remodel makes it very usable and nice. The downstairs bed is huge and very comfortable. It was also the quietest place we have ever stayed in; although that may be because very few other units were occupied the week we were there. The included locker at the River Run Lodge is a huge bonus. It is in a private, very plush locker room with room for 2 sets of skis, boots, poles, and equipment; and it has drying hoses to insert in your boots after long days of skiing. Overall, we were very impressed and will definitely visit this property again.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had a terrific time staying at this condo. It was very clean and comfortable and in a terrific location. Perfect size for 4 people.

We stayed at this property over the Holidays and had a wonderful time. My husband and I loved the space and the tasteful decorating and our two children loved having the whole upstairs including a loft play area to themselves. The location is super convenient to the mountain, grocery store, and downtown Ketchum. We've stayed at many places over the years and have been dissapointed at the cleanliness or how dated other places have been. This was definitely our favorite place so far. We'll be coming back.

Thank you so much for allowing my family to live in you house for a week, it was AWESOME! The accomodations were very close to town and the gondola...it actually backs into the walking trail. The pool was amazing and loved the fact that it was heated. Very clean and comfortable...thank you again and can't wait to come back next year.

Thanks for putting us up in style Susanne! We loved the condo and the access to River Run. Although we did not use that base at all, it would have been great it needed. I admit, with a child, the bus system would have been nice if it were closer, but you live and learn! Now we know. I would recommend this condor FOR SURE to people that want to ski out the door basically. It was well stocked, clean, comfortable, cozy fireplace, great additional rooms for kids and all around great! We had a great time and for sure would recommend your place. Thanks and I hope to cross paths again!

This was a very nice condo rental. Very convenient location, close to main street, ski mountain, and also right next to bike path. Owner was very nice and made some helpful recommendation about the area. We plan to come back for another visit during the ski season and would recommend this rental to others.

We really enjoyed the condo. The interior was lovely, new furnishings and floor coverings, lovely paint and a great layout. The photos and description on VRBO were spot on and the owner was most helpful with suggestions for discount lift tickets and restaraunts. The unit is a very short (less than three minute) walk to the River Run base area and we made use of the ski lockers at the lodge, making the brief walk even better. We will absolutely stay again next spring; we found our Sun Valley vacation home.

wonderful unit! very well done, immaculate and very comfortable beds. the family room is large and was a great hang out area for our family. The walk to river run is less than 5 minutes. It is also very quiet. Definitely a repeater!

The best location for River Run; probably a 2 minute walk. Condo was very clean and was a great floor plan, and had recently undergone a thorough remodel. We would have liked to use the hot tub. We would stay there again.

This rental is very nicely remodeled. It met all of our needs. The location is very nice near River Run. Susanne is great, I highly recommend this property!

great place and central to mt biking trails. all but 2 main areas provided us with ride-out-the-door cycling days. place was comfortable. condo faces the parking lot and is situated close to other condo bldgs, where many tenants partied on their balcony/patios so was quite loud some evenings. not ideal for those who play hard and don't party late.

We stayed in the condo at the beginning of June and it was fantastic! I have stayed in one of Susanne's other condos as well, and she is great to work with. Very accomodating and the condo was more than I was expecting. I will definitely stay there again in the future!

We stayed in Susanne and Steve's condo for a week in late March 2009. Everything they have listed on the VRBO website describing the property is absolutely true. Additionally, we could tell by their attention to detail, that they also use this condo for their own family vacations.So many little things are there...night lights in the bathrooms, dimmer switches in the family room, two complete sets of dishes and kitchen knives, three complete sets of glassware, and everything is Brand New!Lots of storage for skiis, boots, gloves and hats. Tupperware for leftovers, soap for dishwash and washing machines a safety flashlight..They thought of everything. The best equipped condo we have ever stayed in, comfy beds, and the proximity to the ski lodge was a big plus.When we got there, we had a question, and when we phoned them, they answered on the first ring, great responsiveness, and freindly folks.
