Grand Caribbean 403 has it all: A beautiful view of the Gulf, a spacious floor plan that sleeps eight and a great rate!
The unit accommodates eight people comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped. Tile flooring throughout. The living area features a sofa sleeper and 31" flat screen. The master bedroom bedroom has a king sized bed with a 32" flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a hair dryer. Bunk beds are located in a built in alcove in the hallway. The loft also features two twin beds with a 32" flat screen TV. There is a half bath downstairs.
The dining area seats four comfortably and there is three bar stools. The balcony has a table and four chairs.
The complex is located approximately 6.5 miles east of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores.

Stayed at the condo last week with my family. Found it clean and well kept. Kids loved the beach and all the close places to eat. Definately number on my list.....Will be back in the spring.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Condo was flithy when we arrived...terrible musty smell..floors were disgusting...hair everywhere....brown "feces" looking stuff splattered on walls in bathroom. No mattress covers on bunk beds in hallway....we slept laying on our beach towels the entire trip. Terrible cookware, kitchen light broken...we wore flip flops the ENTIRE time in the condo...our feet were black if we did not. The overall Condo establishment was in need of Renovation. Paint chipping off all balconies, pool area chairs broken. Terrible place to stay. Will NEVER go back there!
Owner response:We apologize for the mixup that we had with our housekeeping scheduling. Had we been notified of the condition of the unit during the stay, we would have sent housekeeping back out immediately. We were not notified until the morning of checkout an refunded the entire cleaning fee to the guest.
