- No Pets Allowed : Please understand our policy. We have pets too, but we cannot be flexible on this rule. Previous experience has proved flexibility in this area leads to problems.
- Kid Friendly : Yard and good climbing trees are wonderful for kids.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters : No RENTALS under 25 years of age. You will have to prove your age when you pick up the keys. We reserve the right to decline rental to anyone attempting to violate this policy. No EXCEPTIONS.
- Smoking Not Allowed : Please adhere to this rule. There is plenty of rooom outside on the porch or deck for this activity.
