Beautifully decorated 16th floor end unit condominium in Tower 4 overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and Tigertail nature preserve. The master bedroom has a full beach view and second bedroom has a fantastic view of the island.

Watch abundant wildlife and fabulous sunsets all from the wrap-around private balcony. Take long walks down gorgeous crescent-shaped 3 ½ mile white sand beach or swim in the private pool.

The condo is situated close to restaurants, pubs, cinemas, and shopping areas. Also close, is the island marina where boat rentals and charter deep-sea fishing is available. The island is only 45 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport, less than 20 minutes to downtown Naples, and only 1 ½ - 2 hours to Miami.

South Seas is a 55 acre gated community with lush tropical landscaping located near the quiet end of the beautiful beach of Marco Island, Florida. The South Seas includes numerous walking paths, 10 clay tennis courts, and boat docks on the bay. As a guest you have access to all the amenities.

The condo has a large, heated swimming pool and full fitness center. There are championship golf courses nearby, as well as boating, shelling, fishing charters, parasailing, jet skis, sailing, snorkeling, and scuba diving. The Everglades Natural Park is also near.

There is entertainment at the numerous hotels and restaurants; shopping at lovely boutiques and malls. Movie theaters are available.

Bring your own boat (boat dock available for rent)or rent a boat, World-class ocean fishing, air boating in the nearby Everglades, beach walking, shelling, parasailing, jet skiing, bird watching and wildlife viewing (including manatees, dolphins, etc.), spectacular sunsets, golf, great restaurants are all available on Marco Island. There is a very nice, covered, outdoor basketball court and other recreational facilities on Marco Island.

Marco Island is a bit off the beaten path so it is relaxing with less traffic than other South Florida communities and yet it offers good shopping and great restaurants featuring fresh fish and a wonderful assortment of cuisines and, of course, the great weather.

Inside the condo, the beautiful sparkling ocean with the distant sail boats can be seen from the living room, dining room, master bedroom, and kitchen. The condo is in excellent condition.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, private bath; two twin beds are available in the second bedroom with an adjacent hall bath. The second bedroom has a TV w/ VCR. The living room has a 36" TV with DVD and two new couches. The kitchen is well equipped. There is tile flooring and brand new carpet throughout. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided as well as all linens.

The condo building itself has access to the full fitness center (in Tower 3) and clean, well kept laundry facilities on each floor.

Year Purchased: 2008

We have been coming to Marco Island since 1989. We have been back every year since then and finally decided to purchase a condo unit for ourselves last year. It is our home away from home.

The views from the balcony are amazing. Having a beach and island view is a major plus. Even the thunderstorms are incredible to watch from the 16th floor. The beach access immediately adjacent to the property just can't be beat.
