Bella Blue is a recently built, 4 bedroom, 3.5+ bathroom, wonderful getaway for large families and groups that sleeps up to 12 people. Pool recently finished and is nicely designed with great decks and landscapping and is a great addition to your vacation experience.
Location, Location, Location: 100 yards off the sugary, white sands and emerald Gulf waters of Pensacola Beach. Short walk to shopping, restaurants, and bars. Our home is in the first residential block east of the community district. Park your car or RV and walk everywhere. Plenty of parking available on a beautifully landscaped lot.
Elevator and handicap bath with huge open floor design makes this spectacular home accessible for all ages.
The large dining area is great for family dinners and parties. Take advantage of the large HD flat screen tv and surround sound for that special gathering.
The upstairs "Sunset Lounge" is the perfect place to enjoy a daily tradition of toasting the day with a complete wet bar and entertainment center. The Master bedroom has a private balcony and spectacular view. Lower Lounge area with Mini Fridge. Enclosed hot & cold water outdoor shower.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
This one of the few beach areas where there is still a neighborhood atmosphere. You can safely walk or ride a bike to anywhere on the beach. They still have a great mix of new up scale dining and entertainment with a mix of long term establishments. The fishing piers are very popular. A laid back beach experience we bought this property over 25 years because of the great beach and family friendly atmosphere - the additions of upscale entertainment and excellant dining spots have added to this resort experience
The Unique Benefits at this House
The beach is absolutely the best and not over crowded. We park our cars and walk or ride bikes to nearly everything. The downtown area of Pensacola has enough culture, shopping and great dining to compliment the beach. Don't forget to visit Fort Picken, the Naval Air Museum, or the historical downtown Pensacola.

What a perfect home for two families to spend their summer vacation in. Bella Blue was laid out perfectly for us. Everything we could have needed was there. The interior was decorated to make you feel like you were on a paradise island. Quiet surroundings were enjoyed greatly during the daytime. Nearby shopping, the beach and the fishing pier was perfect. The outside pool was an added bonus. I can't wait for a return visit to Bella Blue!

This was our second stay in the past year at this beautiful home. It has everything you could possibly need. The house is so tastefully decorated and it looks brand new inside. You would never know that it has been rented in the past. We walked to restaurants and shopping. We absolutely love Bella Blue and would recommend it to anyone who wants a glorious vacation. We were able to see the beginnings of the pool area--this will be an amazing place to swim--and you still have the beach just a few feet away. We can't wait to return

We had the most wonderful vacation while staying at Bella Blue for Easter/Spring Break 2010. This house has everything! It is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. We had 2 families staying at the house with 5 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and spread out. The kitchen is also fully stocked with everything you would ever need. The location is absolutely perfect as well. It is a very short walk from Bella Blue to the beach which is very nice with kids and all of the beach toys, chairs and things that we take with us. It is also very convenient and easy to make the short walk back to the house to prepare lunch. If you don't feel like cooking, you can walk or take a short drive to many wonderful restaurants. We have been renting beach houses for many years, and Bella Blue is one of our favorites. We will definitely be back soon!

Everything about this vacation was easy and relaxing! To begin, the accessibility to Bella Blue from the airport was simple and timely. The general location of the home provided easy access to downtown Pensacola, the naval aviation museum, Fort Pickens and a beautiful scenic drive. The home itself welcomes you with soothing colors and beach decor. Bella Blue was extremely clean and offered everything you would ever need in a vacation home. Beach access is a short walk to sprawling uncrowded white sand beaches and emerald gulf surf. We hope the future will allow for a return visit to Bella Blue. We highly recommend this home for a relaxing carefree vacation.

You will never get enough of this wonderful new beach house. We were one of the first to enjoy the best it has to offer and we're returning very soon!!! What a beauty this "Bella Blue" property is! From the moment you ride the elevator up to the 2nd floor; and by the way, everything you bring with you can be bought up with you on one trip,"sweet". To the moment you visit the "Sunset Lounge",on the 3rd level, you are just amazed with the vibrant colors, and the wonderful furnishings that are through out this Bella beach property. We have rented many properties throughtout the world, over the past 20 years; but, never have we been as presently surprised, as we were with this one..

What a wonderful vacation spot. It's perfect for a mini family reunion-that's what we did! Each room is beautiful and welcoming. Old and young alike enjoyed this modern beach spot. There's plenty of room to play games, cook big meals and just relax! We had a wonderful time and will go back again.

We loved our stay at "Bella Blue". Never had we seen so much space inwhich to park. No more moving one car to let another car out. Wide open spaces on the inside made it easy (not to mention the elevator) to bring in loads of luggage. This was the first fully handicap accessible beach home I could comfortably bring my parents to and knowing they could join all the family funtions and not have to leave the 2nd floor. We could watch the sun rise, roll around heaven and set from balconies on top floor. We will be back. Our family reached, "Feng Shui."
