  This house is just beautiful! Loved that it was only a block or less away from the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, definitely will be coming back for another stay in the future.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  Great space, certainly large enough for a family group of 10! Pool was nice to relax after playing at the beach. Definitely recommend this house!!

  We stayed at Bella Blue over the July 4th holiday with my entire family, including 4 children. The house was more than adequate with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could want, and the lounge upstairs was a great extra. Everyone, especially the kids enjoyed the pool area, and the beach was not far at all. The water was beautiful and the beach was not too crowded. We had a great time and would definitely recommend Bella Blue to others. Our only suggestion was to leave some directions for the electronics. We had a bit of a time trying to figure them out.

  I rented Bella Blue for my 45th "Birthday Gras" and invited 6 friends from all over the US. We all convened and had an absolutely beautiful time lounging in the pool, on the beaches (just one block away), grilling out in the backyard, etc. With the bedding accommodations everyone could spread out and had their own quarters to get sleep, shower, get ready for outings, etc. It is also very nice that all that Pensacola Beach has to offer is within walking distance. The outdoor shower was a pleasant surprise! I will definitely return for more fun in the sun!

  We held a "Girls' 30th Reunion" (no work, no spouse, no kids) at the beautiful Bella Blue at the end of March 2012. We had perfect weather & a perfect setting on the gorgeous Gulf. We had all been college students together who graduated in 1982; we picked up where we left off - as good friends often do! We were comfortable, relaxed, & happy with our choice of this lovely home. The pool is the bomb! :) My only suggestion would be to leave step-by-step instructions on how to use the large flat screen TV (none of us could make it work & we weren't calling the teens to figure it out). We didn't need the TV or DVD anyway although it would have been an added plus to do so. Thank you for your hospitality in sharing Bella Blue with others. God Bless! :)

  What a perfect home for two families to spend their summer vacation in. Bella Blue was laid out perfectly for us. Everything we could have needed was there. The interior was decorated to make you feel like you were on a paradise island. Quiet surroundings were enjoyed greatly during the daytime. Nearby shopping, the beach and the fishing pier was perfect. The outside pool was an added bonus. I can't wait for a return visit to Bella Blue!

  This was our second stay in the past year at this beautiful home. It has everything you could possibly need. The house is so tastefully decorated and it looks brand new inside. You would never know that it has been rented in the past. We walked to restaurants and shopping. We absolutely love Bella Blue and would recommend it to anyone who wants a glorious vacation. We were able to see the beginnings of the pool area--this will be an amazing place to swim--and you still have the beach just a few feet away. We can't wait to return

  We had the most wonderful vacation while staying at Bella Blue for Easter/Spring Break 2010. This house has everything! It is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. We had 2 families staying at the house with 5 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and spread out. The kitchen is also fully stocked with everything you would ever need. The location is absolutely perfect as well. It is a very short walk from Bella Blue to the beach which is very nice with kids and all of the beach toys, chairs and things that we take with us. It is also very convenient and easy to make the short walk back to the house to prepare lunch. If you don't feel like cooking, you can walk or take a short drive to many wonderful restaurants. We have been renting beach houses for many years, and Bella Blue is one of our favorites. We will definitely be back soon!

  Everything about this vacation was easy and relaxing! To begin, the accessibility to Bella Blue from the airport was simple and timely. The general location of the home provided easy access to downtown Pensacola, the naval aviation museum, Fort Pickens and a beautiful scenic drive. The home itself welcomes you with soothing colors and beach decor. Bella Blue was extremely clean and offered everything you would ever need in a vacation home. Beach access is a short walk to sprawling uncrowded white sand beaches and emerald gulf surf. We hope the future will allow for a return visit to Bella Blue. We highly recommend this home for a relaxing carefree vacation.

  We had the most wonderful time at the Bella Blue. Labor Day Weekend with family and friends. This house has everything you need and is so beautiful. A very short walk to the beach. Thank you so much for sharing your beach house with us.
