National Forest Land and Open Space surround our Hideaway Cabin. We are located at the trails head with 12 miles of interconnected trails perfect for snowshoeing or cross country skiing with the kids. And if you are an adventurous one on skies, you will even find some powder turns if you are willing to hike for them.
For the down hill skier, we are a 7 minuet drive to the free parking at Winter Park/Mary Jane Ski Area. Or you can catch the local shuttle ~1 mile down the road.
Our Hideaway Cabin was built in 2007 with a professionally designed interior and is located in the renowned Rendezvous Development.
The four-bedroom layout can comfortably accommodate three families with 12 in beds. There are two master bedrooms (both with king beds), a family bedroom (with a double bed and two twins), and a bunkroom with four twin beds. There is also a double sleeper sofa in the family room if needed. The large dining room will accommodate you all by seating 12 with supplemental spaces at the kitchen island counter and living room game table.
The spacious open floor plan has lots of natural light with a Great Room up and a matching family room down – you and your kids can entertain yourselves at your own level of enjoyment, all at the same time!
Hideaway Cabin is half way between the towns of Winter Park and Fraser where you can dine and do all of your shopping (less than 3 miles away). And across from our community entrance, the new Fraser Recreation Center is opening this winter with a full work out facility, lap pool and kid’s play pool.
If you ever tire of all the outdoor activities during your visit, our location provides lots of wildlife viewing right off the back deck winter or summer (see the picture of the moose below). We also have lots of games, books, music and movies to help keep you entertained during your stay.
The Fraser Valley has the best of classic Colorado Rocky Mountain adventure; we hope you come join us for a vacation of fun.

- Our Cabin is adjacent to miles of National Forest trails for non motorized use. In the winter you simply walk across the street, put your skies on on go. They are otherwise suitable for snowshoeing, hiking and mountain biking.
