Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
My family came to Destin when I was growing up and I always knew that I wanted to live in the area and I came across this home and fell in the love with the openness and views! I moved away in 2007 and don't get to come to the area that much anymore so I decided to offer it as rental property. I still feel like its my home though so please take care of it!
The Unique Benefits at this Beach House
The private pool with built in seats are the best for catching sun and keeping cool at the same time. I also really enjoy the massive ocean facing deck with part of it covered and part of it open to the sun. On those days that don't bring sun, you can still sit on the deck and enjoy ocean views and the outdoors. The open floorplan lets you cook some great food, enjoy everyone's company and see the ocean all at the same time.

I love 30A and you will too! I lived in the area for 4 years and the beaches have the whitest and softest sand. The best part about this location is that there are alot less people on the beach because its not surrounded by a huge amount of other vacation rental property relative to the other beaches like Seaside, Seacrest Beach proper or Rosemary. Lots of people around makes it tough to find a seat much less sneak the dog on the beach. Also, the neighborhood right behind the house has mainly "locals" and your likely to meet them on the beach and get some great tips.
