This brand new riverfront four bedroom (one doubles as a den) townhouse condominium sleeps at least 10 in beds. One king, one queen, two sets of bunks, and a day bed with pop-up twin trundle. All high end finishes, brand new furnishings, two story cathedral ceiling living room, private riverview terrace, fully equipped kitchen, cable, three wall mounted flat screen TV's, high speed wifi internet, and fireplace. Comes with towels and sheets. Includes use of the Viaggio Spa at the Mountain Club at Loon, with full health club (including weight room, cardio, spinning classes, two pools, racquetball, squash, basketball, yoga) hot tub, steam room, sauna,and Viaggio Day Spa. Two restaurants on the mountain; Black Diamond Bar and Grille, and Season's on Loon. Rental includes a 20% discount at the Spa, and 10% at either restaurant.

In the winter, Loon Mountain Ski Area offers both downhill and cross country trails. There is excellent ski access to and from the condo. You can walk to the new lift and ski back, or take a complimentary shuttle bus to and from the base of the mountain. Call and the shuttle comes for you.

Nearby is: Loon Mountain, downhill and cross country skiing, ice skating, snow shoeing, tubing, snow boarding, Storyland, Santa's Village, Cannon Mountain, The Flume, Clark's Trading Post, Lost River Caves, Whale's Tale Water Park, Hobo Railroad, rivers and lakes, wall climbing, mini golf, movies, restaurants, antiquing, shopping, and hiking.   • The condo is really lovely and just as it appears in the on-line photos - bright, clean and spacious. We had a great time - the location makes for easy access to the base lodges for skiing and Main Street for shopping and dining. A terrific place to get away and enjoy the White Mountains.

  • My family and I stayed at this beautiful condo over Columbus Day weekend. The foliage was breathtaking and the surrounding views of the mountains and Pemigewasset River were spectacular! The Resort is perfect for couples with or without children. The condo is tastefully decorated and fully stocked with every imaginable ammenity. It can easily accomodate two families and is conveniently located near various restaurants, markets, pharmacies and the forever popular Loon Mountain! I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in vacationing in the White Mountains. It is much more luxurious and spacious than any of the local reorts that I have visited in the past.   • This condo is really a five star hotel! It was very clean and extremely well equipped for a long stay. we stayed 3 weeks and were very very happy. Jennifer and Nat were very helpful and accommodating. The Viaggio Spa was great for young and old. No doubt we will want to spend a next vacation in south peak. We recommend this condo to anybody that wants a upscale luxurious vacation. Enjoy!
