The condo was brand new, super clean and absolutely beautiful. The decor was current and nicely done. Everything we needed was there. We loved having the washer and dryer on the bedroom level. The condo was open and bright. The sound of the river rushing behind the condo while the snow was falling was beautiful! Having access to the Loon Mtn Club pool was also a plus for the children. As is the close proximity to the hot tub and fire pit. We had more than enough space. The listing was accurate and the condo was even nicer than the pics online. We were so close to everything and having access to Loon Mtn from the South Peak back road was a huge bonus. No traffic leaving the mountain EVER! Jennifer and Collette were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for a week full of memories with our family. We will definitely book again!

Jennifer wanted to take some time to leave you a thank you note for one of the best times I've had at Loon Mtn. The condo was BEAUTIFUL , the soud of the river and the quiet nature of the area were so very relaxing we hardly wanted to leave. We loved the hot tub was just that hot! great on the 45 degree nights. There was pleanty of room for the three couples that came and your kitchen and dinning room were great. We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful condo with spacious rooms, high-end furnishings, and luxury-hotel quality beds, linens and bathrooms. Great W/D and kitchen appliances! Relaxing living room with fireplace. One can open the window or sit on the porch and listen to the relaxing sounds of the river. Just behind the condo is a lovely path along the river, a great fire pit and a soothing jaccuzzi. Owner was very attentive to our needs and questions and a pleasure to deal with. We look forward to coming back ASAP.

Wonderful weekend at South Peak! This was a beautiful place to stay with our two grandchildren. They absolutely loved playing in the river behind the condo, and we enjoyed the easy walking trail that follows the river as well. The condo description is very accurate, and it has everything you would need, but most of all, it was a pleasure to rent from Jennifer. She is just a delightful person, pays attention to all the details, and follows through to make sure your stay is a great one. She makes you want to treat this home as your own, and to rent from her again. Highest praise for both the property and the owner!

What a fabulous vacation home! We thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful accommodations with plenty of room, super-comfy beds (we have a tough critical, crowd too!) and well stocked kitchen! Since this vacation was planned for the end of March and skiing could have been less than great, having the option of the spa/fitness area was important. As it turned out both the spa and skiing were fantastic! The living/kitchen area is so welcoming and comfortable, that we spent a lot of time enjoying the space. Working with Jennifer was easy and enjoyable. She was quick to respond to any questions. Even the neighbors were terrific & told us about the "best" local restaurant, " The Gypsy Cafe" -which was relaxing & delicious! We loved looking out at the river & look forward to renting this wonderful spot again, when we can have the doors/windows open and can hear the rushing river.

We just got back from a wonderful 3 day weekend at South Peak at Loon.... This place was awesome!! The condo is immaculate and has everything you need...plenty of towels, fully equipped kitchen plenty of room to store your items. The table was large enough to seat our entire group and there were 6 adults and 4 children:) We loved the fact that there was a fire place, not to mention the fire pit outside with a wonderful jacuzzi that was always super HOT! We enjoyed oursleves so much that we plan on returning again for New Years next year and who knows maybe another time between now and then. I would definitely recommend this unit! Oh yeah, this place has another BONUS that some of the other units don't have. Free accecss to the Mountain Club at Loon. You can utilize the raquetball courts swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi as well as the indoor jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms in the bathroom/locker roon area. If you want to use the Mountain Club without having the pass that comes WITH THIS UNIT, you would have to pay $ 15.00 per person per day so that was a great PLUS!!

We have been to loon a few times before. We stayed at the mountain club and at rams horn condos. This place was the best by far! We never took the shuttle bus. We just threw our boots in the car and drove. It's not difficult to get a spot at the base of the mtn. We have a few friends who own houses up at loon. This was the first time we could host them. We were proud of the condo. It's beautiful! Jennifer was so easy to deal with. She is a nice person. We loved everything abt the condo except that the 2 bdrms downstairs are cold. I suggest bringing a small space heater if anyone sleeps down there. Other than that it was perfect!

Stunning

This was our first visit to this property, everything from the grounds to the spacious living quarters were "Stunning". You couldn't have asked for a better location or appointed condo. We were there for the "Highland Games" and it was so convient to Loon Mountain, the shuttle bus pick up area was a only short walk. Jennifer was easy to contact and made us feel welcome in her vacation home. I would try and rent this again anytime we want to vacation in the White Mountains . Thank you Jennifer!!!

Clean Quiet Comfortable

We rent using Home Away almost every year. This year we were fortunate to find this Condo. It was a relaxing place to stay. There was plenty of space for our family of five with room to spare. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We had enough room to spread out but still a cozy place to gather. The sound of the river was very relaxing as was the Hot tub. The Pool and Fitness Center was a short drive down the road. The Hot Tub was right on the property and very soothing after a day of hiking. We were amazed at how quiet the condo was. There was a family next door with small children and the only time we knew they were there was when we saw them outside. Truly a great place to stay.

We loved our stay in this condo. It's bright and clean and spacious, and we could hear the river from the master bedroom. Great location -- 5 minutes to Clark's Trading Post, an easy ride to other amusement parks and right on Loon Mt. The river out back was fun for fishing and wading. Lots of good places to eat nearby (try Hamburger Heaven and Flapjacks). Comfy beds, nice linens, beautiful kitchen and so clean! Jennifer is helpful and very easy to deal with. Only bad thing is we didn't see any moose or bears. Maybe next time.

Simply perfect

Our family (4 people including 2 teenagers) stayed at this property last week. It was perfect. The unit was clean and well kept with almost no signs of wear. The rooms were well fit out, with comfortable beds and linen. In terms of location, that too was perfect. Very close to everything, but yet secluded. We loved the stream running behind the unit which made for nice gentle sleeping (windows open of course), and the development itself, which made for nice walks/jogs. There is some fairly good mountain biking in the immediate vicinity, and the development is connected to Loon base lodge area through it's internal roads. Jennifer is easy to deal with and very responsive, which made a perfect vacation getaway even better. The pictures included in the listing are accurate, or if anything, understate the quality of the unit. I would fully recommend.

First of all i would like to start with the property owner, Mrs. Jennifer. Dealing with her was always a pleasure, she was there for our every need. The house is big and beautiful! Spacious, clean and fresh! It has a modern fully equiped kitchen, with all necessary appliances. The house has a central AC, it was always delicious cool. There is also a hot spa outside, we enjoyed sitting in there with the sound of the rushing river in the backround. We had some rainy days, but it was so comfortable and relaxing at home. It is in a great location, less then a 10 min. walk from town to the house, and about a half an hour walk to the Loon mountain club, where there are many attractions. WE had a smashing vacation there - and we highly recommend it! (We are planning to come again) Thank's again Jennifer...

We were 2 families, a total of 4 adults and 4 kids, who stayed together at this amazing condo. There was plenty of room and lots of privacy. The place is clean and very spacious. The pictures don't do it justice... you must stay here to appreciate it. Every amenity you could imagine. Kids' games, 3 tvs with DVD players, fully stocked kitchen with serving dishes/utensils, and big dining room table. There was even a high chair which was very convenient. Loon Mountain is the perfect family vacation. We had little kids with us and found lots of things to do but we would definitely come back without the kids to do some more high energy activities. Jennifer is great to deal with. She is very accomodating and will help you with anything you need. Hope to be back next year!!! Stay here - you will not regret it.

The condo is really lovely and just as it appears in the on-line photos - bright, clean and spacious. We had a great time - the location makes for easy access to the base lodges for skiing and Main Street for shopping and dining. A terrific place to get away and enjoy the White Mountains.

What a beautiful condo in a fantastic location. Nestled on the corner of Loon Mountain with views of a brook out the back, this South Peak condo is a peaceful location with everything you could need or want close by. Easy access to skiing, restaurants, shopping and more. My family and I stayed there a couple of weekends ago and really enjoyed ourselves. We were in need of nothing, the condo is immaculate and is fully stocked as if it were your own home. Plenty of bedding, towels, dishes, games... very warm and cozy. What a great place you have created. Thank you for sharing it.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful condo over Columbus Day weekend. The foliage was breathtaking and the surrounding views of the mountains and Pemigewasset River were spectacular! The Resort is perfect for couples with or without children. The condo is tastefully decorated and fully stocked with every imaginable ammenity. It can easily accomodate two families and is conveniently located near various restaurants, markets, pharmacies and the forever popular Loon Mountain! I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in vacationing in the White Mountains. It is much more luxurious and spacious than any of the local reorts that I have visited in the past. This condo is really a five star hotel! It was very clean and extremely well equipped for a long stay. we stayed 3 weeks and were very very happy. Jennifer and Nat were very helpful and accommodating. The Viaggio Spa was great for young and old. No doubt we will want to spend a next vacation in south peak. We recommend this condo to anybody that wants a upscale luxurious vacation. Enjoy!

Everything was new, clean, and beautiful. It looks even better in person than it does in the pictures! It was great to have the double bunks and the extra beds in the office/tv room. We had 10 people staying VERY comfortably. We had a great stay; thanks again.

We stayed at this property with another family and had a fantastic time. The luxury condo is totally new with beautiful and comfortable furnishings and decor. It was definitely spacious enough to accommodate ten people. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. The owner was very pleasant to deal with. We were pleased with this property and definitely plan to rent it again.

We rented this condo over february vacation and had a great time. It is a beautiful space and has been decorated beautifully. The base area is very close. My kids had a great time and we went with another family and there was plenty of space for all of us. The ocndo had everything we needed.
