Large porches on each side of the house are perfect for after beach relaxing or casual dining. Take a hot outdoor shower after daytime and beach activities. The gas grill and screened in porch make the right combination for a perfect summer night. Distant ocean views from the third floor loft with queen bed make for an excellent fourth bedroom or guest room. Brand new modern kitchen, second floor laundry room, and all new bathrooms including both showers and baths make you feel right at home.
