Original wood floors, a romantic fireplace, ceiling fans, central air, (new wall unit heat/air in loft) cabana striped awnings, bright tropical artwork and furnishings, complete the charm of old Florida living with contemporary amenities.

2008 RATES  May 01-Oct 31 .. $1150/week .. $3300/4 weeks
Nov 01-Dec 31 .. $1600/week .. $4000/4 weeks
2009 RATES Jan 01 - Apr 30  $1750.00/1 week; $5000.00/4 weeks
May 01-Oct 31 $1350/week; $3750/4 weeks;
Nov 01-Dec 31 $1750/week; $5000/4 weeks
12% hotel tax (subject to change) and one time cleaning fee of $100 additional.
Deposit of $500 for stays less than one month.
$1000 deposit for stays of one month or longer.  One week minimum stay.
