Look out most windows (including four of the bedrooms, the great room and kitchen) and see the ocean. Open the windows and hear the surf. The home has a large back deck with a table for dining outdoors. In addition, there is a private hot tub in which you can sit, relax and have a magnificent view of the ocean's majesty.
If you descend the stairs off the back deck, then you are right on the beach. Our home is in a family-oriented community, Cape Shores, in a quiet, former whaling town, Lewes. Cape Shores also has tennis courts, a pier for fishing, and a pool with life guards. Located only a few minutes drive from Lewes are: tax-free shopping outlets, restaurants, a water park, miniature golf and the honky-tonk of a boardwalk with games and rides for the kids. Want more? Less than a mile away is the Cape May-Lewes ferry; take a ride and you can visit all its quaint Victorian homes.
