Our beaches are beautiful! Condo is located on the 4th (top) floor. Perfect condo for BIG FAMILIES, split bedrooms and private baths, plus large atrium to spread out. Luxury awaits in this gorgeous, spacious condominium located on the highest cliff along the Gulf Coast. The condo is located on the (top) 4th floor (no noise above you!) with glimpses of the Gulf of Mexico and a wonderful view of the surrounding area. Complex sits directly on the Gulf.
Relax at the heated gulf front pool and over-size hot tub only steps from the beach, while enjoying the spectacular view of the white sands and clear emerald waters. There are 2 elevators and no steps from the parking area, to the condo to the pool. This a perfect unit for 2 families, as the main master suite is separated from the other two bedrooms for lots of privacy. The second bedroom with queen size bed also has a private bath.
BLUE LUPINE, formerly The INN AT BLUE MOUNTAIN BEACH is a four-story condominium with only 48 residences surrounding a 50-foot-high sun-filled atrium, located on Scenic 30A just minutes from Grayton Beach and Seaside. Only 10 minutes to San Destin.
The interior is professionally decorated with the guest in mind. Tiled floors are featured in the living/dining area, kitchen and baths. The master suite features its own private balcony, king-size bed, and Jacuzzi. The second master features a queen-size bed, private bath, and separate balcony entrance. The third bedroom features two twin beds. A third full bath is located in the hallway. There is a queen size sleeper in the living room. All bedrooms have their own TVs, and there is a DVD player and stereo.
The kitchen is fully equipped, even for a gourmet cook! The condo seats 6 people at the dining room table, and 4 people at the bar. We are FULLY EQUIPPED for KIDS, with a high chair, port a crib, booster seat and even some toys! We also provide you with 6 chairs and an umbrella so you don't have to travel with so much stuff!
BLUE LUPINE offers an outdoor grill on the ground floor with a seating area if you enjoy an outdoor barbeque. The beach is very quiet with only a few private homes nearby. One will find the best in gulf coast golf, boating, deep-sea fishing, shopping, and dining within a short distance. What a wonderful treat. Your condo was even better than we had hoped for from the pictures. We felt so comfortable. The decor is upbeat, fun, and very artistic. We really appreciate the wonderful king bed with a mattress that was extremely comfortable. The master suite was large. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are very large and open with a really wide balcony area that runs the length of the condo. We cannot wait until it is warmer to eat at the dining room table on the balcony. There is a new village area with restaurants and shopping just minutes from the condo. It is also a short drive to the famous Red Bar in Grayton Beach. We plan on coming back in the next two months!!!

We had a wonderful stay, we were there for a wedding in the area, and this place suited us perfect. It was comfortable, loved the art work! Perfect stay,pool great, safe! We would love to rent this place again! I would highly recommend this condo!

We stayed last August 2 -9 2009 and loved every minute of it. The unilt was decorated so nicely and every ammenity was carefully thought out by the owner. We had everything we needed at our finger tips. We will try to come back again this August.
