Our beaches are beautiful! These condos are side by side on the 4th (top) floor. Perfect condos for EXTENDED FAMILIES, split bedrooms and private baths, plus large atrium to spread out. EACH CONDO FEATURES 3 BEDROOMS AND 3 BATHROOMS. Each condo sleeps 8. (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins, 1 queen sleeper sofa) Large FITNESS ROOM with all new equipment. Beautiful 4 story 50 foot high plant filled atrium. Room to socialize, play cards, games etc. Each unit boasts over 1650 square feet of living space plus 2 balconies with over 350 sq. ft.

Luxury awaits in this gorgeous, spacious condominium located on the highest cliff along the Gulf Coast. Both units are located on the (top) 4th floor (no noise above you!) with glimpses of the gulf and a wonderful view of the surrounding area. Complex sits directly on the Gulf.
Relax at the heated gulf front pool and over-size hot tub only steps from the beach, while enjoying the spectacular view of the white sands and clear waters. There are 2 elevators and no steps from the parking area, to the condo to the pool. This a perfect unit for 2 families, as the main master suite is separated from the other two bedrooms for lots of privacy. The second bedroom with queen size bed also has a private bath.
THE INN AT BLUE MOUNTAIN BEACH is a four-story condominium with only 48 residences surrounding a 50-foot-high sun-filled atrium, located on Scenic 30A just minutes from Grayton Beach and Seaside.
The interior is professionally decorated with the guest in mind. Tiled floors are featured in the living/dining area, kitchen and baths. The master suite features its own private balcony, king-size bed, and Jacuzzi. The second master features a queen-size bed, private bath, and separate balcony entrance. The third bedroom features two twin beds. A third full bath is located in the hallway. There is a queen size sleeper in the living room. All bedrooms have their own TVs, and there is a DVD player and stereo.
The kitchen is fully equipped, even for a gourmet cook! Each condo seats 6 people at the dining room table, and 4 people at the bar. We are FULLY EQUIPPED for KIDS, with a high chair, jogger stroller, port a crib, booster seat and even some toys! We also provide you with beach towels, chairs and an umbrella so you don't have to travel with so much stuff!!!
The Inn offers an outdoor grill with a seating area if you enjoy an outdoor barbeque. The beach is very quiet with only a few private homes nearby. One will find the best in Gulf Coast golf, boating, deep-sea fishing, shopping, and dining within a short distance. There are bike/walking trails beginning at the Inn and running for several miles along Hwy 30 A.

This a fabulous location, close to Destin and Seaside, but away from all of the crowds. The Inn is a small condo, with only 48 units, and private homes on either side, so the beach is never crowded!
