The house is located in the center of Rehoboth Beach in the ocean block of Delaware Avenue. It is 500 feet to the boardwalk and the beach. There is off-street parking for four cars. The house is just around the corner from fabulous restaurants, shops and night life and close enough for children to walk to the boardwalk or beach with no roads to cross. You can park your car and never use it during your stay. Walk around town or to the beach. Relax in the screened porch.
There are six bedrooms, two first floor bedrooms each with queen beds--12 beds total (includes two sets of bunk beds). There is a large 33x14-foot 'great room.' The house has central heat/air conditioning, an outdoor shower, grill, and many amenities. Smoking is not permitted in the house.

This property was in a great location, you never have to get in your car and drive anywhere. The only downside was that it sleeps so many with only 2 bathrooms. But other than that it was wonderful.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 7/7

Our group of 12 adults really enjoyed our stay here! the house is perfectly located - truly just a few steps from the beach and downtown, but on a nice, reasonably quiet residential block. Everything in the house was clean and well-maintained. Since we typically cook elaborate dinners a few nights, I particularly appreciated the kitchen - by far the best equipped kitchen we've had in about 6 years of beach trips. The only downside for our particular group is the bunk bed room - very small, not a great space for a couple - but it would be fine for kids or a single adult. Finally, the owner is very responsive, and everything is as pictured/described - quite a relief when you're taking a leap of faith like renting a house sight unseen! Highly recommended!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, tourists without a car.

Great Rehoboth Vacation house for spring, summer, fall. Nice great room effect to the first floor, with flow to the porch for family gatherings. We have had family weeks there, and college girls reunions. Well appointed kitchen and private outside shower with hot and cold water. Highly recommended.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Our two families have stayed in this house for the past six years. It is hard to find a better location. Everything is within walking distance. The six bedrooms are great for two families. Nice great room area and porch. New kitchen, new outside showers, seems like the owners update something each year. Lots of parking. Highly recommended for family reunions.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We all had a great week playing on the beach, walking the board walk and having fun family meals. Your house was spacious, well appointed and the proximity to the beach couldn’t have been better. Thanks Al and family.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.
