Description:
This former model home is both attractive and spacious with a larger than average plot providing greater privacy. It is registered, licensed, and professionally managed with a 24 hour back-up service. The villa and pool are furnished, decorated, and maintained to a very high standard. Cable TV, Phone & Wireless Internet are available.

Family room:
This bright and spacious room overlooks the pool area through patio doors. The room has cable TV, VCR, and DVD/CD player.

Dining room: Table seats six.

Living room: Relaxing area adjacent to Dining Room.

Kitchen:
Fully-equipped with ample work surfaces, cooker/stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, and all utensils. The eating area has a table and four chairs plus a breakfast bar with two stools. Telephone with free local calls.

Laundry room: Washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Master Bedroom with en suite:
Spacious room with a king-size bed. Cable TV. Ceiling fan. Large en suite bathroom with oval bath, walk-in shower, twin washbasins, and walk-in closet. Hair dryer.

Bedrooms #2, #3, and #4: One with queen-size bed and two with twin beds. Ceiling fans. Ample storage. Hair dryer.

Den: Cable TV & VCR/DVD/CD player.

Second bathroom:
Includes a bath/shower unit and washbasin; it is also accessible from the pool area.

Pool Area:
South-facing screened pool (30 feet by 12 feet) with sun-beds and patio furniture. Pool can be heated at an additional charge of £70/week or $100/week. Alarms are fitted to all the doors leading to the pool to reduce the risk of children entering the area without the knowledge of adults. The larger than average plot behind the pool results in greater privacy.

Other Points:
No Smoking or Pets.
All bed linen and towels provided.
Cot, Highchair, barbeque & starter food pack available on request at an additional charge.
Car hire can also be arranged through our management company.
Pool heating, if required, is available for £70/week or $100/week.

  • I stayed in the Villa over Spring Break '09, and we had a wonderful time. The home was spacious and located in a very central area that wasn't far from attractions(apprx. 15 minutes). Mary was great to work with! I would stay here again anytime!

  • What a great place to stay! The location was great for getting to Disney, there is a grocery store not far away, the home was beautiful big with plenty of room for everyone. Even the towels and bath mats were super. The owner was great to work with and we were returned our deposit quickly. I only wish we had stayed longer.

  • We enjoyed the "entire" house daily!!! The large rooms, kitchen, and the Pool! Outstanding pool which was very private and with 2 kids...very fun! We recommend this house for anyone going to Disney(15min) or Universal(only 25min.). Don't worry about the form of payment..we were leary at first...but not to worry...everything is legit and great. Enjoy!

  • This is the second year in a row that we have stayed in Colin & Mary's beautiful, serene home in Florida with our children and extended families. Each time we have stayed for a month and each time have been hesitant to leave! We love the house for many reasons but mostly because it is a well maintained, large open home which is well kept and within a quick driving distance to anywhere in Florida you want to go! Restaurants, Disney, Seaworld, Cypress Gardens, shopping and amenities are all within 5-30 min. There is a park at the end of the street and lots of beautiful walking streets around the home. We love the heated pool and outside area that extends off of the family room. You can be in the kitchen watching the happenings in the pool. The master suite is lovely with a large ensuite attached including sunken tub and glass shower. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to get away from the everyday, relax and enjoy a peaceful setting while still being able to be a tourist if you choose!

  • As a base for Disney, or outlet shopping around Orlando, we found Mary and Colin's home in Westridge a great location - just come and go from Disney by the US27 and I4, and avoid altogether the traffic light forest that is the US192 (though it's usually clear in time for dinner - it is the restaurant strip after all). The house was clean, cool (very important) and really spacious, and the pool was great for the kids, and allowed the adults cool down in between sun-bathing sessions!

  • The villa is very comfortable and is well equipped with everything you need for a great holiday including the fantastic pool area.The villa is on a quiet residential estate, it is 15-20 minutes to disney and attractions.We would strongly recommend this villa and hope to return next year.

  • We had the best vacation ever in Orlando. The villa was in a great location. Plently of restaurants,parks, shopping,gas, etc. The standard of cleaning was what you always expect when you are away from home, but never find. I would and have recommend this villa to anyone and all of my friends.

  • This is a beautiful home and having stayed in a few different rental properties in the Central Florida area, I found this one to be the best. The kitchen was very well equipped for those who don't want to eat out, everything you will need is available. The location is extremely convenient. Colin & Mary were wonderful to deal with, you can't go wrong!!!

  • We spent 5 days in this lovely Florida villa - it was just two of us - down for 5 days of golf and even though the villa was meant for a larger group - we really enjoyed our stay in it. Very nicely furnished - the master bedding was very comfortable. Plenty of places to eat fairly closeby - and we had all the info we needed to find grocery, drugstores, etc. from the homeowners. I would not hesitate to rent this villa in the future.
