  • Pet Friendly: $250 deposit required in advance and returned as 2,500 pesos upon departure by Pepe my local administrator.
  • Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations): 3 landings from street (down) with total of 22 steps and extensive railings. Or, 15 steps from bottom to funicular.
  • Not Suitable for Children: Because of height and non-grid railings, supervision is mandatory for very young children. True also of hot tub.
  • Minimum Age Limit for Renters: This is NOT a party property. We respect our neighbor's privacy and value our property contents.
