Cape Charles Villas is a fully restored 1920's era two story duplex located in the historic district of Cape Charles, Virginia. Everything about the property is new and clean. After a short six block stroll down Randolph Avenue, visitors will be greeted by the wind and waves of the Chesapeake Bay and a large well maintained beach.
The Town of Cape Charles offers activities for all vacationers including birding, a nearby wildlife preserve, boating, golf, kayaking or canoeing, biking, and antiquing to name a few. The town is an old victorian railroad town that has had a good amount of new money invested in it to build both a Jack Niclaus and Arnold Palmer designed golf courses, a new marina, several exclusive restaurants and bars, and a sand bar that let's visitors wade far into the Chesapeake Bay.
Visitors can choose a lazy, laid back day chatting with neighbors or an action filled adventure. Stroll down Mason Avenue (1 block over) and peruse shops and restaurants, spend some time in central park playing with the kids, or spend a day at the beach and go fishing off the new pier. No matter what you decide to do, you can't go wrong here!
