We replaced the kitchen and added a 42" flat panel TV in the living room and a 32" in the master bedroom. All new Wellborne cabinets and granite countertops with all new stainless steel appliances. For your convenience, there are (2) elevators that take you quickly to the (5th) floor. All concrete and steel construction for added saftey and beauty with a sprinkler system. Reserve thru us and you won't have to wait at the real estate office to get your keys, we mail them to you ahead of time, which means more vacation time. Don't wait and miss the week you want.

We have a large balcony to have coffee in the mornings or relax with a drink at night. Spend leisure-filled days lounging on the beach or playing in the water.

Watch the ocean from your private balcony off the master bedroom, and living room via sliding glass doors. The master suite features a king size bed with KingsDown mattress,a 32"flat screen LCD TV and VCR/DVD combo. The master bath has a garden jacuzzi tub with double vanities.

The 2nd bedroom has a new Bassett queen size bed with KingsDown mattress, TV and a VCR/DVD combo and a walk-in closet. The 3rd bedroom has bunk-beds with a TV, vcr and a walk-in closet. The 2nd bathroom is just infront of the two. Mom and dad will love our oceanfront location with Beach lifeguards (in summer) in front of the building,indoor/outdoor pool,covered parking and keyed security doors. The kids just love the sand and waves.

  • This is a beautiful condo. It has everything you will need. We had 6 adults and 3 children (ages 16, 14, & 12). There was plenty of room. The condo is located on a beautiful and clean beach. Great views from the balcony. The kids loved the pool. Management is very friendly. We would visit again.

  • What a wonderful vacation we just had in Myrtle Beach. We had 2 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of room in the condo. The beach was beautiful as well as the condo and its' view! Next time we plan a vacation to Myrtle Beach I will be definately be calling for reservations.

  • We just came back from Myrtle Beach. Our family stayed in this condo which was lovely. We had 9 people in our family. Basically there were 6 adults & 3 children under 11. We were all very comfortable. We enjoyed playing cards in the evening on the balcony at least 2 nights during our week stay.Watching the sunrise off of the balcony was just beautiful. Very close to everything. Great food out on Rte 17. Beautiful beach.
