We replaced the kitchen and added a 42" flat panel TV in the living room and a 32" lcd in all the bedrooms. All new Wellborne cabinets and granite countertops with all new stainless steel appliances. Everything you need is there. We have high speed DSL with Wi-Fi. 2010 we remodeled the 2nd bath to include new sheetrock, vanity with granite and new tiled shower. Our condo is direct ocean front.Just open the sliding glass door in the master bedroom or living room and fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. Enjoy a luxurious family vacation in our 3 bedroom/2 baths 1200 sq/ft condo. We can even supply towels and linens for just $25 a bed if needed. We can also arrange a Jimmy Buffett Margarita machine ($50.00) for the week waiting for your arrival. We also offer limited covered parking to keep your vehicle out of the hot summer sun. For your convenience, there are (2) elevators that take you quickly to the (5th) floor. All concrete and steel construction for added saftey and beauty with a sprinkler system. This was my family's first time to Myrtle Beach, and we absolutely loved this condo! The location was fantastic, and I believe our favorite part of the trip was sitting on the balcony simply enjoying the view. We were very impressed with the layout of the condo and got a lot of use out of the fully equiped kitchen. We were even fortunate enough to meet the owner! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!!! We will definitely be back! :)

We rented Mike's condo from July 16-23, 2011. It was very well kept and very clean. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and so did the kids. The space was great for my husband and I and our 4 girls ages, 11,9,7 and 3. Everyone had a great time and we would love to go back and rent from Mike again. Having a kitchen is great and everything you need is there, including a coffee pot! Thank you for letting us rent your condo, you do a great job keeping it up to date. The Parent family.

My family stayed at Mike's condo in July 2011. The view to the beach/ocean was wonderful. The whole back of the living room area is a window that faces the ocean. The condo had all of the things we wanted and needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean when we arrived too. The covered pool was a welcome haven for us when we'd had enough sun. We had a wonderful vacation and wish we could go back right now!

We just returned from our one week stay at 502, 7/23/11 to 7/30/11. The condo is just as pictured!, Very beautiful, nice and quiet, lots of room. The beach was not too crowded compared to neighboring condos. The weather was hot and humid outside but cool and comfortable inside. We would highly recommend renting this condo. Mike does a great job communicating both by email and phone. Thanks again for a great stay!

We had our 1st family vacation in nearly 10 years, and this is the perfect condo for this. We had 6 adults and a 2 year old, plenty of room for all. The pictures are exactly what the condo looks like. Very clean unit and building. The condo was very well stocked, just wish there was a vacuum available to keep up with day to day living. The views are amazing, and the property is so close to everything. The best part is the value for the dollar, can't be beat! We will be starting a new family tradition with our adult children and their families at this property in the future. Thanks Mike!

This condo was great! We had 3 adults and 4 children and there was so much space. The decor is beautiful! It had everything we needed. We saw a dolphin from the balcony! I will definately be calling for our next vacation.
