This was my family's first time to Myrtle Beach, and we absolutely loved this condo! The location was fantastic, and I believe our favorite part of the trip was sitting on the balcony simply enjoying the view. We were very impressed with the layout of the condo and got a lot of use out of the fully equiped kitchen. We were even fortunate enough to meet the owner! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!!! We will definitely be back! :)

We just returned from our one week stay at 502, 7/23/11 to 7/30/11. The condo is just as pictured!, Very beautiful, nice and quiet, lots of room. The beach was not too crowded compared to neighboring condos. The weather was hot and humid outside but cool and comfortable inside. We would highly recommend renting this condo. Mike does a great job communicating both by email and phone. Thanks again for a great stay!

We rented Mike's condo from July 16-23, 2011. It was very well kept and very clean. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and so did the kids. The space was great for my husband and I and our 4 girls ages, 11,9,7 and 3. Everyone had a great time and we would love to go back and rent from Mike again. Having a kitchen is great and everything you need is there, including a coffee pot! Thank you for letting us rent your condo, you do a great job keeping it up to date. The Parent family.

My family stayed at Mike's condo in July 2011. The view to the beach/ocean was wonderful. The whole back of the living room area is a window that faces the ocean. The condo had all of the things we wanted and needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean when we arrived too. The covered pool was a welcome haven for us when we'd had enough sun. We had a wonderful vacation and wish we could go back right now!

We had our 1st family vacation in nearly 10 years, and this is the perfect condo for this. We had 6 adults and a 2 year old, plenty of room for all. The pictures are exactly what the condo looks like. Very clean unit and building. The condo was very well stocked, just wish there was a vacuum available to keep up with day to day living. The views are amazing, and the property is so close to everything. The best part is the value for the dollar, can't be beat! We will be starting a new family tradition with our adult children and their families at this property in the future. Thanks Mike!

This condo was great! We had 3 adults and 4 children and there was so much space. The decor is beautiful! It had everything we needed. We saw a dolphin from the balcony! I will definately be calling for our next vacation.

This is a beautiful condo. It has everything you will need. We had 6 adults and 3 children (ages 16, 14, & 12). There was plenty of room. The condo is located on a beautiful and clean beach. Great views from the balcony. The kids loved the pool. Management is very friendly. We would visit again.

What a wonderful vacation we just had in Myrtle Beach. We had 2 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of room in the condo. The beach was beautiful as well as the condo and its' view! Next time we plan a vacation to Myrtle Beach I will be definately be calling for reservations.

We just came back from Myrtle Beach. Our family stayed in this condo which was lovely. We had 9 people in our family. Basically there were 6 adults & 3 children under 11. We were all very comfortable. We enjoyed playing cards in the evening on the balcony at least 2 nights during our week stay.Watching the sunrise off of the balcony was just beautiful. Very close to everything. Great food out on Rte 17. Beautiful beach.
