Gallows Point SeaView is a lovely and elegant 2 bedroom, 2 bath, very spacious, private home with romantic ocean views located in Cruz Bay, St. John VI. Set on a huge tropically landscaped lot of nearly 1 acre, Gallows Point SeaView offers privacy and solitude, while still being centrally located.
The Gallows Point SeaView living room faces southwest with views of St. James Island on Pillsbury Sound, and exits to a wonderful outdoor dining area, and lower tanning deck. The living room is designed with a laptop workstation (there is broadband wi-fi throughout) and has cable TV with a DVD player. Each spacious bedroom enjoys magnificent ocean and sunset views, and you have your choice of two large exterior dining patios, each with ocean/sunset views. The full kitchen, with Sub-Zero Refrigerator, is huge and is tooled with chefs in mind. The kitchen also enjoys spectacular ocean/sunset views! There is plenty of private parking for several vehicles via a semi-circular drive way.
Gallows Point SeaView is located on the geographical point in Cruz Bay known as Gallows Point, and is right across the street from Gallows Point Resort. It is about a 3-5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants of Cruz Bay, about a 2 minute walk to Frank Bay Beach and Coconut Coast Studio Art Gallery. The Gallows Point Gourmet Shop for quick shopping, and Zozo's Restaurant are conveniently moments away.
Gallows Point SeaView faces west offering magnificent turquoise ocean views through the day, and spectacular golden sunsets setting across the ocean to St. Thomas. This delightful 2 bedroom overlooks St. Thomas and St. James islands across Pillsbury Sound. The privacy, the romantic island views, and the golden sunsets are exceptional.

As an owner of seven condos at Gallows Point Resort, which is right across the street from Sea View Beach Cottage, my guests at Sea View are permitted to use the pool and snorkeling beach at Gallows Point. So they can enjoy the enhanced privacy of a 2BR villa with some of the benefits of staying at a resort!
