Located just minutes to the base of Peak 8, our 3 bedroom and 3 bath vacation home is in a great location for all your Summit County activities. You'll find all the comforts and convenience of home at our cozy mountain hideaway.
We believe you will find out home a wonderful place to stay! The living room is comfortable and very open with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and a soft leather couch. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances that make it easy to stay in and cook. With the dining table that seats 6 - 8 and the breakfast bar that seats 3 this is a great place to gather for a meal. Just off the kitchen is the family room with a new 42" Flat screen TV/VCR/DVD, stereo, and gas fireplace.
The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, 36 in' TV and large master bath. Bedroom #2 has another King (which can be separate into two twin beds if you prefer), flat screen TV and shares a full bathroom with bedroom #3. The last room has 2 large sets of bunk beds. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the family room that has a 3/4 bath. All baths have brand new tile. Total sleeps 10.
With a one-car garage, brand new outdoor hot tub, washer/dryer, a shuttle stop just a block away, Park Forest is the ultimate spot for comfort and convenience.
