Located just minutes to the base of Peak 8, our 3 bedroom and 3 bath vacation home is in a great location for all your Summit County activities. You'll find all the comforts and convenience of home at our cozy mountain hideaway.
We believe you will find out home a wonderful place to stay! The living room is comfortable and very open with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and a soft leather couch. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances that make it easy to stay in and cook. With the dining table that seats 6 - 8 and the breakfast bar that seats 3 this is a great place to gather for a meal. Just off the kitchen is the family room with a 42" Flat screen, cozy sectional couch, TV/VCR/DVD, stereo, and gas fireplace.
The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, 36 in' TV and large master bath. Bedroom #2 has another King , flat screen TV and shares a full bathroom with bedroom #3. The last room has 2 large sets of bunk beds. All baths have brand new tile. Total sleeps 8.
With a one-car garage, newer outdoor hot tub, washer/dryer, a shuttle stop just a block away, Park Forest is the ultimate spot for comfort and convenience.

Our family has owned this home since it was newly built in 1995 and it is a very special place for us. We love to travel to Breckenridge each year and see how many wonderful changes they have made and the skiing just keeps getting better and better.

The home was just perfect for our family vacation. We loved the location. Very close to the village and easy to hop on the shuttle and get to the slopes. Part of our group cross country skied and they only had to walk about a block to the Nordic Center. The home was clean with everything we needed. Having the hot tup right out the side door was so nice in the evenings. We would definitely stay there again. The owners are very friendly and helpful.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This condo is great for 2 families, kids bunk room with 2 nice rooms for adults. Easy walk to bus to ski hill, close to town either by car or bus. Garage to keep your skis and car dry, hot tub on the deck is awesome.

We have stayed here several times over the last few years and have greatly enjoyed it. The location to the shuttle is very convenient - just a few blocks away. Our 3 & 5 yr olds had no problem with it. Then it's just one stop before the base. The kitchen is well stocked.
