                        Area: We chose the perfect place for West Palm Beach. Rented here for the month of July. Have a lot to say here. City Place which is only steps from the condo is perfect for dining/shopping/entertainment. Has a beautiful movie theater (MUVICO) home to 20 screens / IMAX theater and state of the art features. City Place also has a FREE trolley ride, hop on /off with two routes in the area till midnight. Has a downtown area complete with more shops/restaurants/entertainment accessible also via the trolley.There's a Publix supermarket two blocks away. Wine and beer also sold there. A quirky fun tourist thing to do here two blocks away is take the DIVA DUCK tour; 75 minute land and sea tour of the areas waterways, mansions, landmarks. Palm Beach is just over the bridge via a three minute car ride. Between Flagler Drive along the Intracoastal or Ocean Drive along the coast both north and south of Worth ave; Both drives offer spectacular scenery and and overall a memorable drive. The beach is easy to access; parking along Ocean Drive on the muni meter is $5.00 an hour, BUT if you park on Worth ave. you can park FREE for two hours or neighboring streets for one hour. (have to move car to another spot if longer than that time) A short trip north on Route 95 approx.12 miles is another major shopping area: "Palm Gardens Mall". More upscale shopping and an Apple store there along with restaurants BRIO and P.F. Chang's. Sailfish Marina to go snorkeling nearby on Peanut Island. The restaurant also has phenomenal seafood entrees. More scenic driving along the coast also. See The Breakers Hotel and the Ritz Carlton in Palm Beach. John G's. restaurant across the street from the Ritz Carlton in Manalapan..open for breakfast and lunch only. 15 minutes from here. Worth it. Condo: Property description was accurate, no surprises! One block off Okeechobee Blvd. Enough linens and towels provided. Tastefully decorated. Very quiet apt.The owners were always very responsive when e-mailed or called.The unit was spotless! The living room is bright and pleasant. Overlooking the lighted pool area was neat. Has hi speed internet connection and a desk. The kitchen is spacious, has everything you need. The queen beds were very comfortable. The gym had great equipment and is off of the pool area. The pool and hot tub are well maintained. A covered garaged area parking spot was included and convenient to apt. Also free access to a theater room with 16 big lounge chairs/library/bar area/com

                        Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

                        We stayed in this condo for 7 weeks. Ditto on everything I said about their other unit which can be found on homeaway.com #178468.That unit faces a lovely courtyard. This faces the BEAUTIFUL resort style pool which just recieved 30 brand new lounge chairs and tables at the end of this past April. NEVER a problem finding a lounge, go back upstairs for lunch in the well equipt kitchen to make a snack or a meal and come back to find your same spot! The Courtyard Condos couldn't be any better located to City Place which has free outdoor concerts every Fri. and Sat.night. From the parking garage near your space, which is practically outside your door, there is a short covered walkway that has an elevator or staircase to take one floor down, that leads you right into the heart of City Place.The complex is very secure! You need to use your key card to get in and out of the complex. We love this area, so much to do and see. Don't forget to use the FREE trolly which stops outside your door at The Kravis and takes you to Clematis St. for outdoor concerts, loads of resturants the Green Market,etc. or just get off there and walk or sit and enjoy the intercoastal on Flager Dr. We hate to go home!

                        Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
