This 80 square meters, two separate bedroom, living and dining rooms apartment presents exceptionally high ceilings with patisserie moldings, high gloss parquet floors enhanced with oriental rugs, carved marble fireplaces, bright off-white walls, high windows with rod iron half-balconies, various artwork, and a tasteful furniture. Fully furnished and equipped.This charming and upscale apartment is filled with light and sun. Its tasteful furnishings promote a feeling of deep comfort, calm, relaxation and space in an uncluttered environment.
The first bedroom features a junior king-size bed (1m, 60), the second bedroom has a queen bed (1m, 40) and a very comfortable convertible ¾ sofa bed (1m, 20). Bed linens, down comforters, pillows and plenty of large towels are included. Sun-filled living/dining room with unobstructed view.
The windowed kitchen, full of light and overlooking a treed courtyard, offers all modern amenities, including a top of the line Miele washing and drying machines. The bathroom features light grey Italian slate walls, a full size bathtub with overhead shower, a pedestal basin, an antique mirror, a small white lacquered chest of drawers, gold and white accessories/appointments.
Also at the guest’s disposal are: A host of modern amenities, a telephone with free local calls ( telephone card is needed for long distance calls), free WI-FI fast speed internet connection, DVD, VCR, CD player, Sony television with cable and international channels: CNN, CNBC, BLOOMBERG, BBC, ZDF, RAI. Two hours weekly apartment cleaning are included for stay over of 10 days or more. Additional maid service available on request. The building has a full time concierge service and we will accommodate most arrival times.
