When you pass through the doors, you will be delighted by the feeling of brand new! Your first impression will be made when you see the view from the minute you walk through the door. Thanks to the open design of the unit, every room has a wonderful view! You will enjoy gulf front panoramic views of Johnson's Beach from your living room, master bedroom or the large beach front balcony, and the 2nd bedroom showcases panoramic views of Perdido Key plus opens to a 2nd balcony!

You will feel like royalty when you step into your private elevator lobby and walk into the foyer of this lovely condo. Travertine floors, custom paint colors, designer furnishings, luxurious bedding and spreads...no detail has been overlooked.
The open living area is ideal for your vacation entertaining. In the living room, there is a queen sofa sleeper, loveseat and comfy chair and ottoman, perfect to curl up and watch look out over the gulf of Mexico. There is also a brand new 32" HD LCD TV! There is a spacious dining area that offers a dining table that seats 6 plus 2 additional barstools at the kitchen pass through bar.
Meal preparation is a breeze in the gourmet kitchen. Granite countertops and wood cabinetry complement the GE Profile appliances which include a side by side fridge with in-door ice/water dispensing, wall oven and microwave, smooth top cook top, and dishwasher. You will enjoy the view in the kitchen from both directions, because the pass through bar has a view of the gulf, and the south side of the kitchen is shared with the den and a sliding door with a balcony that overlooks old river. This unit layout gives has so much natural light that you will really feel like you are at the beach!
The rest of this amazing condo is equally as impressive. The Master Suite is gulf front, and offers the ultimate luxury and furnishings. There is a large sliding door the accesses the balcony and offers stunning gulf views, plus there is also a large picture window so you have views, views, views! The room has bedding from The Company Store, and a 32" LCD HDTV. The connected master bath has a large travertine shower and twin vanities with granite countertops.
