Located in the luxurious, ocean front Casa de Emdeko complex, our 3rd floor condo has been completely renovated and was featured on HGTV ‘National Open House' in a 2008 episode. The condo is beautifully decorated in warm island colors with island style décor guaranteeing the perfect Hawaiian getaway. The living room and bathroom were repainted in 08-1/09 and the living room furniture was replaced in 07-08. The kitchen features newer cabinets and new appliances, a pantry was added in 1/09 and comes complete with everything needed to prepare a full meal or a quick picnic for the beach. The fully renovated and enlarged bathroom is accessible from either the bedroom or the hallway and offers spa like amenities including a 2 person walk-in glass shower with multiple rain head faucets, pedestal sinks, extra storage and plenty of sumptuous towels. The lanai offers gorgeous views of the blue Pacific (often including breaching whales and pods of playful dolphins) and the lush tropical gardens. A ceiling fan and pull down sunscreen keep you comfortable as you relax on the new lanai furniture.
Casa de Emdeko features two pools - a freshwater pool nestled in the garden area and a fabulous, ocean front saltwater pool. The gorgeous private beach is surrounded by palm trees and is adjacent to the outdoor cabana which is complete with tables, chairs and gas grills. This quiet, tucked away complex is within one mile of the famed restaurants and shops of downtown Kona. An elevator offers quick access to the upper floors, a small convenience store is located just outside the parking area and one of the best snorkeling beaches on the island is just a few miles away.
