Please note all of the facilities (e.g., 2 bathrooms - one with a bathtub and one with a stall shower) and the many extras!! Central Air Conditioning/Heat, free high-speed DSL Internet and free local phone service, HEATED POOL and WHIRLPOOL SPA (Hot tub), gas grills, access to the huge private balcony from the living room and the master bedroom with breathtaking views, 3 TVs (with free cable and over 70 channels), including 32” big screen TV in the living room, VCR/DVD Player, movies, books, games, CD Stereo, fully-equipped kitchen, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, Washer and Dryer in the unit, reserved covered parking, and beach toys. Our Beachfront condo is located on the 7th floor with convenient access to 2 elevators. The pristine wide sandy-white beaches are some of the best in the world!
As one of the best three bedroom units directly on the beach, please book early. I turn away many people who wait until the last minute because I’m typically booked far in advance. If you would like to reserve unit 2702 in Sand Castle II, please let me know ASAP and I will let you know how to reserve it. A $300 deposit per week is required.
