Central Air Conditioning/Heat, FREE high-speed wi-fi DSL Internet and free local phone service, HEATED POOL and WHIRLPOOL SPA (Hot tub), FREE gas grills, access to the huge private balcony from the living room and the master bedroom with breathtaking views, 3 TVs (with free cable and over 70 channels), including 32” big screen TV in the living room, VCR/DVD Player, movies, books, games, CD Stereo, fully-equipped kitchen, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, Washer and Dryer in the unit, reserved covered parking, and beach toys. Our Beachfront condo is located on the 7th floor with convenient access to 2 elevators. The pristine wide sandy-white beaches are some of the best in the world!
As one of the best three bedroom units directly on the beach, please book early. I turn away many people who wait until the last minute because I’m typically booked far in advance. If you would like to reserve unit 2702 in Sand Castle II, please let me know ASAP and I will let you know how to reserve it. A $300 deposit per week is required.

Sand Castle II is the best of the Sand Castles because it has 2 elevators and the largest pool. Indian Shores is the best of both worlds b/c it is only 5-10 mins from Clearwater, but quiet and near all the best restaurants.

Our family had another great time at Indian Shores. The condo worked wonderfully for the needs of our family of 5. The location is awesome. Huge private beach with amazing views off the balcony. We captured many amazing sunset pictures! The condo is near a number of great restaurants. Our favourites continue to be Guppy's, the Salt Rock Grill and the Conch Republic. Certainly worth a visit when you rent this condo. We also like the fact that grocery stores and other amenities are also very near. Proximity to local attractions like Busch Gardens, Disney, et al, as well as a number of great local museums, aquariums, etc, makes sure there's never any shortage of fun. The condo was well equiped for all our needs - plenty of bedding, towels, dish ware, cutlery, cookware and all the other necessities which you don't always get in rental condos. The pool is a good size and certainly a hit with our kids. The rental cabanas on the beach were a hit with us parents. We were very impressed with how clean the unit was. The cleaning staff do an amazing job - and we're picky about these things. Anthony is great to rent from. He's quick to respond, very helpful with questions and quick to deal with deposit returns. We've dealt with him twice now and it's been a pleasurable experience both times.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This condo is really nice. Comfy beds, TVs everywhere, great pool for the kids, a stones throw from great restaurants and shopping, and it sits right on the beach. We loved watching the sun go down and the thunderstorms way out over the ocean. The Pub restaurant right across the street has a piano bar you must see. Classic! We were the youngest there by about 30 years! Good food there and up the street at Crabby Bill's. We had the best time at Busch Gardens. Hot but lots of fun. And the Tropicana Field for the Red Sox game was great. We'll be back. My family loved it. Mom, Dad and 3 kids. We had plenty of room and fun for everyone. 3 nice big bedrooms. Easy check-in/ check-out. Enjoy!
