This is the ultimate getaway for you, your family and friends. This incredible 5000+ square foot under roof custom home is located right on a beautiful sandy beach. This 100 foot wide double lot is over 1/2 acre which allows you and your guests to enjoy the beach and the Sea of Cortez from the many patios or from almost every room in the house. There is only desert and mountains behind the house so if you would like to do some off-roading the choices are endless.

This is our family beach house which we just completed a major high-end renovation. Please look at the photos. We (My wife and I plus our four kids ages 5 - 17)have been coming to this area south of San Felipe for over twenty years and have enjoyed every trip. There is great fishing right out in front of the house, ancient fossil beds along the foothills behind the house and some really neat natural hot tubs twenty miles south.

You will not have any trouble filling your days with activities or just relax around the house or on the beach. If you have a small boat or Jet Ski it can be launched from in front of the house and we often go fishing, wake boarding or water skiing. If you have quads or motorcycles bring them along, you can ride them almost anywhere.
