Sprawled out onto two lots, one half consists primarily of the pool & spa, the other half of home and outdoor covered patio area that lies hidden behind a stucco wall with solid automatic iron gates.
This home is all-inclusive. You will find all the amenities you are looking for in a vacation rental. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms with a convertible couch in the living room. The entertainment room has more choices then your local bar when it comes to games...a game of pool, ping pong, Ms. Pacman, Touchmaster or darts at one end of the room, a treadmill, nautilus machine and speed bag in the middle for the gym goer, and a large HDTV with Tivo on the opposite end for the sports fanatic. The back yard has a BBQ grill, and covered patio area that overlooks the gorgeous pool and spa, lush yard and mountains.
Just a few blocks away, you will find the famous Old Town La Quinta. In and around it, multiple parks, walking and hiking trails, restaurants, shops, gas station, liquor & wine stores, post office, police station, cafes, salons, public library, anything you can think of, all within walking distance! Silverock Golf Course is also a short distance away, La Quinta's newest Arnold Palmer course. Speaking of Arnold Palmer, his restaurant is just up the street as well as Clint Eastwood's famous Hog's Breath Inn.
