There are many family amenities, such as controlled entrance, 24-hour security, 11,500 foot lagoon style swimming pool (and many smaller swimming pools scattered across the property) landscaped with waterfalls, palms, exotic plants, flowers, whirlpools, golf, tennis courts (approximately 20), two restaurants on water, jet-ski rental, parasailing, sailing, exercise room, convention center, gift shop, beauty salon, etc.
Over 110 private acres and more than 1000 feet of private Gulf-front. Nearby is a fishing pier extending far into the Gulf. Within the resort is a nine-hole par-three golf course meandering through lagoons and ponds. Shipwreck Island Water Park and many eateries are within walking distance.
This unit has been recently remodeled and redecorated. You are a short walk from a shopping center with restaurants, a ten screen movie theatre, grocery store, ice cream parlor, subway sandwich shop, etc. There are several piers near by for fishing and a state park right down the road.

This non-smoking unit has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, dishwasher, ice-maker, blender, oven, toaster oven, microwave, etc. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private master bath with twin jacuzzi tub and large walk in closet. The other bedroom has two full size beds with its own private bathroom.
